I called trying to get a status of a prescription multiple times today and this radicicolous Store/ Company has no live people answering the phone!!!!!! The recording says to "leave a message and a pharmacy staff member will call in an hour". I will send any prescriptions to CVS again. This is unacceptable!!

I went to the pharmacy… where the big sign says consultation…. And I had a question about my heel pain and try to get an answer …. I was literally stared at like I’m asking for money or something weird … barley got any pharmacy member o look at me and answer … but the look of confusion on their face as I asked a simple pharmacy question was very strange!!!!

Staff were sympathetic to a problem they couldn't control. CVS had malfunctioning photo equipment and my choice was to purchase clearly bad quality, using my coupon code, or have it printed at another CVS, but forfeit the coupon code as it was considered 'used'. Store should not have accepted my order altogether, and CVS should have honored the coupon to be printed properly at another store. I was told it's been a problem for a while and happened to many other customers as well.

Aweful, Nasty pharmacists that talk nasty about the customers to each other!! I arrived as the pharmacy gate was closed but needed medication on that wall I could clearly hear them making fun of some poor old lady and giggling about her calling and them hanging up on her .It was so nasty!! Ugh! I'll never go back there!

This used to be a great- no superb CVS. In past years the store crew was super kind and helpful, and the pharmacy was excellent. They have had a series of new managers in the past few years and they have subsequently gone way downhill. The pharmacy is the worst. Most of the time there are long lines, and they take forever to check out each person. The pharmacy manager insisted that my discount paperwork was not viable, and she was quite nasty about it. Most of the time now I use Walgreens, only going to CVS when I have an emergency medicine I need to get, or to pick up meds for my relatives when they are sick. The one saving grace about this CVS location is one long-time employee, Lulu, who goes out of her way to be helpful.

Love being ExtraCare member, the discounts are amazing, and the store offers great products. CVS is always my first choice for pharmacy and shopping for beauty, personal care, and health products.

I m not one to write reviews but today I had a great shopping experience at CVs . The store is clean , organized , the yellow signs helped me understand my savings , the cashier was friendly and kind . Manager was also very helpful with my coupons . They went above and beyond to provide a great service I will definitely return to this location.

They are the closest pharmacy to my house and whenever I have a prescription sent to them, they are never able to fill it. Then I have to waste time getting the location changed. They might as well close the location if they don’t have the ability to fill a prescription.

The lady who helped me (Markita) was so rude, I felt like I went to CVS to get scolded not to buy. It's so unpleasant to go to a pharmacy where the people who are there to "help you" are so angry and in a bad mood. definitely just one star.
