The minute clinic here was wonderful. Amanda was sweet and helpful.
Sadly, the rest of the store is horrible.
Went to the pharmacy today, gentleman helped me with an RX. Well, apparently he lied and the woman pharmacist was so nasty and rude just now. I was literally beside myself with the way she spoke to me. I am definitely reaching out to corporate. Trash!

I called corporate because every time I go into the store, on checkout, a sales person says I have 2 accounts and I can't use my rewards $ or coupons. They don't know how to repair/merge/fix that situation. Every time i called corporate over the last few months, I finally got to a human, not always the right one, but even if I do, I always get disconnected and no one calls me back, shame!. I'm guessing the problem lies in the fact that I have 2 phone numbers, and sometimes one works, but most of my coupons don't work. With one phone number they find me, but with the other number, they don't.

I called to inquire about sending a money order. The woman on the phone in the front stated that yes the machine was working. I asked if I could send $4500 and if so, what would be the cost. She said she did not know and placed me on hold to find out. The call was then disconnected. I called back three times and each time let the phone ring for 7 minutes and no one answered. This is disturbing. I cannot even get a manager on the phone and I am calling from out of town. I would not recommend going to this location. That is why they have 2.4 stars. They should have zero stars.

I have been at this pharmacy for a few years. Pharmacist Melissa is very helpful but I got very bad experience with pharmacist David Reife. I came in to ask if I have prescription refill and I was told that no refill left. So I kindly asked him if he could fax the request to my doctor. David refused it and told me to call doctor. I asked for doctor's phone number because my doctor had many phone numbers at different locations in that healthcare system. He was rude and lied that he did not have doctor information. Terrible service. I had to drive to a different cvs at 202 Yamato Rd which is 2 miles away, i got all the doctor information I need and pharmacy team there were super nice and helpful.

The pharmacy is always busy but they try very hard to attend to the higher volume. Even when they are on lunch they will answer a quick question .. they are professionals. However, when I was in last week and wanted to be seen at the minute clinic while I was trying to make appt my experience was quite diff. The female clinician was walking in and I asked her nicely if she could answer one question for me. She was very short and said “ no, I’m on my lunch” these people take oaths as do all healthcare care professionals there were many ways she’s could’ve shown a bit more compassion. I did share my experience with store manager and he said there’s nothing he can do… customer service is so important if cvs can’t talk to her than I believe HCA owns these minute clinics.. I will definitely be voicing my dissatisfaction with this employee since our office is part of the HCA network. If this is the future of young people entering into healthcare we are all in trouble….she is not nice at all

Horrible store, be careful what you buy a lot of their items are spoiled l. Specially the milk they never restock new milk and leave old spoiled milk there
