This is not last years CVS- Pharmacy, this location used to have a very unorganized system. The employees were salty and not nice. One year later it’s like someone made serious customer service improvements!!!! Fun smiles and laughter is what I experienced. SHERIF, THE YOUNG MAN IN THE PHARMACY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. HE WAS DELIGHTFUL KIND AND PROFESSIONAL AAAAAAA+++++ UPGRADED EMPLOYEES

I’m the kind of person who runs into CVS last minute for makeup and travel essentials, and we all know that can add up quickly! While I usually don’t take the time to figure out CVS coupons or discounts, this trip was different.
Annette greeted me right away and noticed my full basket. Without hesitation, she offered to scan certain items in a way that applied discounts and coupons—something I had never taken the time to do myself. Thanks to her, I saved more than I expected, and it truly made a difference!
This was the first time in years that a cashier went out of their way to help me save money, and it left such a great impression that I had to leave a review. Thank you, Annette! You’ve made this CVS my new go-to spot, and I’ll be looking for you at checkout from now on!

Does not care about their clients. Can’t depend on this location for life changing medication. Medication always unavailable and impossible to transfer. I feel sorry for their customers.

Normally I have a very positive experience at CVS, but last night, May 23, 2024, I entered the store at 2390 Federal Highway, Boca Raton, Florida, at around 7:30 p.m. to return an item. There was no clerk at the register, so I waited about ten minutes. After awhile I decided I would walk back to the pharmacy and transact my business there, but there was no one back there either. I walked all around the store, hoping to see someone, a stocker or customer service staff, but after walking all over the store, saw no one but a few customers using self-service. Finally I left, mission not accomplished for my handicapped friend.
This has never happened to me in my entire life! If I was a dishonest person, it would have been tempting to help myself to some merchandise, but I wouldn't do that. Still, if I have a choice of drug stores to go to in the future, I won't choose CVS.

Nice CVS in the Fifth Avenue Shops area of Boca. Like most CVS stores, this one has the basic departments like pharmacy, paper goods, health and beauty, etc.I love going when I can use my weekly discount coupon on any regular priced merchandise, without that coupon, the regular prices are usually higher than other discount stores. But, you can also benefit from spending a few minutes before walking into the store and check out their digital coupons on the CVS app. Many times, you can clip a coupon that would bring down the price of the regular item to a good deal...and then if you use the weekly discount coupon on top of that....You are getting a decent deal.Nice cashier staff, but I used the self checkout register for a quick and easy process.

Wow how more rude can you be. I went to fill up my medications today for my sinus infection.Only by looking at the paper she says that’s a lot for me to type ,you have to give me an hour. I kindly said I’m really in pain and need them right away if possible. Usually I wait 30 -40 mins . She replied I can give it back to you if you like. Horrible service I will not step foot there anymore. Way to go CVS!!!

This Cvs store have kind, responsive and courteous workers. Clean and enjoyable environment to shop at. Usually my to go store for certain necessities. As well you will encounter helpful workers. ?

Annette is excellent! She's always eager to help every time I come and shop at this particular CVS. They didn't have the perfume I wanted, but she asked me what scent am I looking for, and she recommended a perfume and it was very close to the scent I was looking for, thanks to her! GREAT JOB, Annette!!!!
