I've had a decent experience at this CVS location on Yamato Road in East Boca. The store is clean, semi-organized, and not too hard to navigate. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the pharmacy team, who are quick and professional. I rarely experience long wait times, and they always have what I need in stock. I also appreciate the convenient hours and the ability to pick up prescriptions without hassle. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to have a bit more staffing at peak hours, as sometimes the lines can get a bit long. Overall, a solid 4-star experience!

This particular location of CVS is pretty pathetic. They have blue bins that have yet to be stocked on the shelves that have been sitting there for over a week. I don't care if they've had cutbacks in terms of employee staff. You cannot tell me that they don't have free time to unload those boxes when they're not ringing somebody up. I will not be going to the CVS until things change.

there’s always a quick turnaround time at this pharmacy. If you call, you can guarantee you’re gonna get a call back. They just make it easy. They understand that sometimes emergencies arise, and they try to accommodate the best they can always. They’re ahead and shoulders above any other pharmacy I’ve been to.

I called in and asked about a specific hair product. A woman (dont know her name but definitely a middle aged woman) there seem extremely impatient on the phone she did go back to see if the product was in stock. When she got back on, she said there weren’t any in stock. I asked her if she can look up other locations that might. She brushed me off and told me to go online and then transfer me over without me getting a chance to speak. So I call the CVS on Federal Highway and the gentleman. There was extremely helpful and even looked up different locations that has the product in stock. I don’t usually come on here bad mouthing stores, but I expect better customer service. I hope that woman wasn’t the manager because that was terrible. CVS needs to do better and check up on their employees.

CVS clerk took 25 minutes to process six prescriptions that were ready when I got there however she kept using a 12-year-old profile that I've deleted three times from CVS and now I have to deal with this 25 minute wait because someone in CVS did not delete that profile it happens again I will not be back

The pharmacy staff has etiquette and customer service acumen. The staff member monitoring the self checkout ? Not so much. This is a grown woman sucking on a lollipop while on her cell phone conversing casually. Then gets upset when I- a customer- asks her the employee- for help. She sucks here teeth, rolls her eyes, and doesn’t shy away from conveying her contempt. She continues to be be condescending- why did I do this or that. I’m sorry I made your job hard today.

I was greeted by Gloria at the door. She was very helpful and bilingual. So kind! I asked for her help and she immediately walked me over to the section I needed. I would have taken me forever to find as it was on the bottom shelves. But Gloria expedited the process, mentioned to get her if I needed more help. I am grateful. It’s not every day you get first hand service and even less at the pharmacy. Try that at Walgreens, HA! Anyway. I had a wonderful quick and effortless run through the pharmacy at lunchtime. Gloria was wonderful. Thank you kindly.
