I have been trying to get my sons medicine for days and they have been out of it and specifically told me the pharmacist would call me if it did not come in today. After 50 mins on hold and waiting in line I was told that they did call me and leave me a message. No message, no missed call and no text telling me they did not have his medication. Oh and when you trying talking to them on the phone they are rude and short with you. Worst CVS

Pharmacy is not too good. The medicine I get changed manufacturers. When I picked up my meds the pharmacy did not notify me. This should be required. The new meds did not work and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong until a week later and I looked at the pills shade lighter but different manufacturer! Again this should be a law they should be required to notify patients if their medications change.

All CVS needs to do to keep improving the experience is hire 1 million more pharmacists like the professional stunning brunette who was working this morning on 2/18/23. This was the best experience I have ever had with CVS pharmacy anywhere. This pharmacist was patient, made me feel like she actually cared to help fix my problem, and very intelligent. She went out of her way to help with any questions I had, helped figure out my problem with insurance that was very time consuming, and saved me money during these tough times. I did not get her name, but she needs an award/raise to keep her from going anywhere. I will never go to another CVS pharmacy as long as this young lady is at 21637 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL. If you could thank her again for me that would be very much appreciated.

My experience was great at CVS. I had a question about one of my meds and was able to speak to one of the pharmacist Arielle who was very professional and answered all of my questions although the pharmacy was very busy. She and her staff were GREAT! Def the best CVS location.

My local CVS that I pass every day on my way to work. I get my prescriptions filled here and always drop in whenever I have needed items on my list. They have a great selection and the staff is pretty friendly. Only downside is the pharmacy is always, always super busy so expect to wait in line. They do vaccinations here as well But do not have a minute clinic. CVS also offers a membership where you pay five dollars a month and each month you get a $10 gift credit to use on anything in the store as well as getting 20% off on CVS items and free shipping over 35 bucks. I've also use them to order online and picked up and the order was ready in just a few hours.

Pharmacist Nick needs to go to ettiquette school and compassion school. And today 04/14 there was an Asian pharmacist on duty and she was the rudess person I have ever encountered. Get a life people, you will be old one day too one day. I hope youre treated better than you treat your current seniors. Disgusting.

This is the best CVS ever! Everyone very nice and they remember you. All the techs and the pharmacist are always asking about my running. I have one medication not covered by insurance and the staff work hard to find the best price. My husband and I got our boosters here, seamless and uneventful. The pharmacist noticed I got very flushed after the booster and got me a water that she paid for. Our insurance forces us to go to CVS (which is just annoying), but I am so glad I stumbled on this group!

The CVS pharmacy is rude, ignorant + doesn't follow CDC guidelines for the covid vaccines/boosters. Publix does! Normally, I go to another non target cvs location but went here for covid vaccines. The first time this young smart aleck rudely told me I didn't have an appointment + to leave! I yelled I do. Another employee came over + found the appt. but I only got half the booster. I went back yesterday+ was told even if cvs made a mistake + should have given me a full dose they are guided by their doctor + I was turned away!! They ARE NOT following CDC guidelines at all much less fix their errors. I had other vaccines but didn't get them, why give them the $$. .Have an appointment with Publix. . They are following the CDC and will give you a fourth booster 5 mths after last booster. CVS Target is rude + ignorant. Target has made a mistake having them in their store.

Horrible experience with covid vaccine appointment. The person that apply vaccine brought me the vaccine in a pre filled syringe, no vial, no name, no expiration date showed. When I asked to see the vial and expiration date, she had an attitude as it was too much to ask.

Beware. Kelly, a dark haired older female employee is not good. I've heard her arguing with customers on many occasions. While interactions are a matter of perspective, I've given her the benefit of the doubt but no longer. It is clear she lacks the humanity, humility and customer service skills appropriate for this position. Truly wish I had could give this pharmacy 5 stars. The world has enough hard times without your pharmacist handing out a few more. Hopefully this review will serve as a humbling incentive for change.

The staff at this specific CVS inside of the target in West Boca is incredible. They have taken care of me and made sure my prescriptions were always available every month for numerous years. I would never go anywhere else.

The only reason I like this CVS pharmacy is because of the friendly and thorough pharmacists and techs. It used to be a Target pharmacy but now that it's CVS inside Target, it should have the longer hours and drive thru accessibility that CVS pharmacies offer.

This CVS is very typical of all the other CVS's. They were featuring 50% off Holiday candy and 75% off of Xmas decorations. A great deal! Most of the rest o CVS stores offer the same discounts. Many of them carry small pine trees that will grow if watered, unfortunately they are almost all dry as a bone. The staffs are very unconcerned about the waste of allowing growing little trees to wither and die, when all it would take to save them is a watering schedule. CVS is nice and clean and inviting to their customers. I bought up the remaining stock of trees at one CVS to save them. 24 at $1.00 apiece. Last year I did the same thing and a few of them grew into beautiful trees. I hope CVS gets a handle on this ongoing problem.
