His name is Lew and he’s a big ol’ teddy bear. Incredibly helpful in every way. I was confused about how to use my OTC card and that benefit at CVS he explained it to me and help me through it. He also took the time to explain how the coupons work on the app because I couldn’t figure it out. Most of all Lew is a compassionate, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and all-around great guy. I used to spend two to $300 a week without blinking and I until I lost my job. Ever since then it’s been hell but I know that with CVS I can find bargains I can find good deals with coupons it’s just understanding how to use them and Lew really did that for me tonight. Late at night I have a young one home sick with Covid and was under a lot of pressure and Lew was amazing. It’s people like him that makes stores like yours successful because they keep people coming back. that’s the way it is it’s important what your store has but more importantly, it’s the personalities that you hire and what they do for the customers.

My husband recently took the home COVID test and was positive. 2 days later we made an appointment with CVS to make sure it was done correctly. They charged $70 for him and another $70 for me. We were told someone would come to the car and do it. When we got to CVS the greeter told us to go to the drive thru and someone will help us. We followed her directions. The man at the window simply opened up a home testing kit for each of us. We didn't have to pay $140 for this .my husband filed a complaint and no one responds

Make sure all CVS carry the same items. Also you should carry fix a flat cans at the 24 hour locations

Horrible experience from the drive through. We were behind a car and they shut the window at 1:30. The employee saw us and spoke to us through the speaker. First she said they were close and then they are going to lunch. Asked us to come back at 2. And she looked at the camera and no one was behind but we were clearly waiting for 5 minutes before 1:30. Also, the sign for Thanksgiving hours were 9-2pm. Not only was it rude but her tone was really nasty. If she had time to talk to us she could have easily assisted us with the order to pick up.

HiComing into the CVS in Boca Raton on ST ANDREWS BLVD is literally an every day event for me! From Tony and Paul in the pharmacy, to the MGR Brian and Eliza tin the front of the store everything here is always available, in order, and they are so very helpful at every turn!No question it’s too much for them to address. Truly they will walk me around the store to help me find what I need. Although at this point I think I have it memorized loljust want to shout out big kudos to the staff here at the store.!!!!!thxSHARI V.

The entire pharmacy and front registers team at the CVS on Saint Andrews Blvd in Boca is excellent! We shop there often, and have always had a positive experience! They greet customers with a smile, offer to help and patiently answer questions!

Hello. Shopping is usually very difficult for me as I am a paraplegic. My cashier i believe her name Monika was extremely helpful and patient with me the whole time and didn't rush me, like two other customers waiting behind me were trying to do. She is a very nice classy person. I appreciate everything......... THANK YOU

I needed antidepressants Abilify. These people wanted to charge me over $1000 because they said my insurance didn’t cover the entire thing. I definitely couldn’t afford that every month. Publix in Woodfield Plaza said that I can use my RX card and it will cost me about $20. How come they didn’t tell me that the RX card would save me $1000? If they really cared about people they would help people instead of ripping people off. This pharmacy is all about money come here at your own risk. I wouldn’t trust these people with my prescriptions if my life depended on it This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve always had problems here for the years that I’ve came because I live close and it is more convenient for me, but I don’t come here anymore.

Worst pharmacy! Pharmacist and attendants are disrespectful and not polite with people. My Doctor sent a prescription 3 times and they said it wasn't there. It doesn't cost anything to be nice, but they are not! See other google reviews...

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my 25 years living in Boca Raton. I was told that my son’s medication was ready and when I went to pick up it wasn’t. People that work in there are not happy, not polite and are not prepared to work with public. I decided to switch.

Came to this location for the first time because I was at my parents in Boca! Horrible and unprofessional pharmacy staff and pharmacists! I asked for my prescription it was called in twice. She asked me for my birthday literally 10 times and she tried to tell me that my father never called it in and gave me one excuse after another! And she actually told me that it was early morning and I could leave and go to another location
