I am visiting town and my bracelet broke. This bracelet has significant meaning to me, having purchased it after a difficult situation. Andre was an absolute gentleman and was able to help me above and beyond. He is a true ambassador for the brand and I am extremely grateful.

Customer service was horrible. The man was vulgar and didn't want to show me anything. I kept asking for a specific type of bracelet and only had very few in the display case but He didn't want to bring out any others. Left because of that.

Terrible service. Been to this DY location twice and won't recommend. Rude personnel wont even ask to do courtesy cleaning. This is pretty standard in all DY locations. I came to see if my son's chain could be fixed and the gentleman servicing us told us "that's a cheap chain". I get her was trying to communicate not worth sending over for repair because it was $90, but his choice of words was atrocious and that is really not up to him. Also, he did not ask if "there was something else he can help us with" and just like that missed a sale for the big Starbursts earrings that my husband was getting me for mother's day.

I'm giving this place one star because they have nice things , but what I don't like is how they scam customers.I have bought so many pieces from this place and every time I buy they're very nice to sell you the stuff and they tell you that they stand by their product blah blah blah but then when something breaks and you come back they want you to pay for it , And that's not right they should tell you this in advance I went in there and I took a bracelet that I had they said that it was six years old. The gentleman behind the counter clearly did not want to help me. I asked if I can speak to the manager he said the manager was not in I asked him can he please call her . he leaves to the back of the store and I don't know what he tells her His side of the story but he didn't want to help me he still wanted to charge me the $95. I believe that if you sell some thing you should stick and stand behind the product doesn't matter how many years I barely wore this bracelet he's telling me it's from wear and tare . I don't recommend buying from this store because they don't stand behind their product. It's not even about the $95 it's about the principal I am a customer you should treat me like a customer and you should be helpful.

Visited recently only to have my DY jewelry cleaned. Dropped off with Andre and picked up from Tiffany. Great people and excellent customer service! I was GREATLY impressed by their personalities / attitudes as I wasn't spending any money there that day. A beautiful store and incredible product selection!

I bought a wedding band from them and had to get resized. They informed me it would take 4 weeks or less. After over 30 days of waiting she told me it would be a few more weeks and then I said I would not wait would appreciate a refund. She said she would call me back and she did to inform me they were overnighting it. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they ultimately resolved issue however I suspect they never actually sent ring in initially for resize and realized that once I questioned them on it. Would've appreciated more professionalism from a luxury brand.

I have approximately over 7 Pieces from them and have purchased gifts for close friends and family. I deal with Tiffany in this location. The staff is amazing. If they don't have something in stock, they will get it transferred. Usually when I come in and purchase another ring or bracelet, the staff will clean my other pieces making you shine as you walk out. I really like the selection but the staff is everything. Both of the gentleman are nice and communicate well and offer water while you are waiting. First class.

Today, I walked into David Yurman to buy my mother and sister matching bracelets. I dealth with an amazing brand ambassador, named Tiffany. Tiffany was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and willing to show me everything I wanted to see to make the best choice. I ended up finding the perfect matching set and bought the pair on the spot. Thank you so much Tiffany for making this experience go smoothly! I look forward to doing future business together!

Had a great shopping experience with my gf where she was a DY rookie so the salesgirl actually got her up to speed with the correct items also didn’t try to upsell just explained how you have the collection.

Thought it was funny that I walked into a David Yurnan store - wearing other David Yurman products - and couldn't get service. Literally walked in with the intention of buying a necklace I saw online and couldn't even get a sales person to make eye contact. Oh well. I went to Sunglass Hut and bought a new pair of sunglasses instead. Well done, DY.

Worst Customer Service…Warning, Do not pay CASH for any item even if you are lucky enough to afford their over priced twisted metal. You will be told that they will send you a company check in 4-6 weeks if you have to return an item. Purchased multiple items, paid some with credit and others with cash just to be told that they would only refund credit. They don’t have cash on hand to refund difference. So when someone pays cash, they get their change back in cash but they say they don’t have cash on hand to give refunds?????Also, Manager and Salesperson are very standoffish and rude. Very quick to say “haven’t you read our policy”, without listening to the customer first. I guess they only will listen when they get the sales commission at purchase. Save some time and go to Cartier or Tiffany.

I shopped at the David Yurman Boca Raton location a few months back to purchase a gift for my mom, and Tiffany assisted me. She was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and made my shopping experience special. I went back today to repair a necklace, and specifically asked for her due to my previous experience (and also to thank her for making my mom's birthday so special!). She assisted me today quickly and effortlessly with the repair. I will definitely go to this location in the future for anything and everything and will surely ask for Tiffany!!
