THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF DICK'S. However, Nike does not specifically allow Google reviews of its product. My experience with Nike football cleats goes back exactly 30 years when I thought Nike would have the best cleats for the game. Within a few practices, the cleats fell apart and I vowed never to use them again and switched to the much more superior Reebok brand. Fastforward to 2024, my 8-year-old son has wide feet and the only brand that made wide low top cleats was unfortunately, Nike. I figured, it's been 30 years, clearly Nike would have innovated and corrected the flaws with its garbage football cleats. Well, no such luck. My son wore the cleats from May 2024 through October 2024 and they started to fall apart within 2 months. Both shoes failed in the exact same cleat area. I cannot believe I went against my better judgement and purchased garbage Nike cleats again. Under Armour makes a superior cleat, but not in wide. I will NEVER make this mistake again. Please see the accompanying photographs. We had to finish the year by using Gorilla Tape to keep the cleats useable. 30 years and Nike football cleats are still complete garbage. DO NOT BUY. Again, this is not an indictment against Dick's.

We went in to change the size of a pair of shorts. The employee was rude and incompetent. We waited for a few minutes while he argued with a coworker because he couldn’t figure out how to do the exchange. That was uncomfortable for us and other employee basically said he was an idiot. He finally decided that the cash register wasn’t working so he went to a different one. He never apologized for taking so long and didn’t answer our questions. He just wanted us out and it was obvious. It was uncomfortable for us and a bad experience overall. Overpriced products + terrible service= We will not be back.

Staff members I spoke to seemed to have no interest in actually being there nor do they understand customer service. “Where can I find this item that the website says you have?” “Umm I’m not sure if it’s not here… but it’s prolly in the store somewhere.” Thanks?!

Understaffed and the staff they have act like they are doing you a favor. They were out of stock on many items and lost over $1K just from me. I tried to support my local business, but Amazon had it in stock and it was delivered in two days.

Very misleading about the protection plans they sell and they make it basically impossible to file a claim and actually get reimbursed for the item. Don't waste your time and money

Do not ever buy a bicycle from this place as they will only give you 24 hours and then not let you return it or trade it in the management was mean the staff with mean nobody was helpful. This was a horrible day.
