Do not ever buy a bicycle from this place as they will only give you 24 hours and then not let you return it or trade it in the management was mean the staff with mean nobody was helpful. This was a horrible day.

The manager Brian is awesome and very accommodating....but certain staff members y_onn_Search your purchases like your stealing plus the bad attitude.....Would hope the company addresses this issue appropriately....

Just had a few of my golf clubs re-gripped. Lia did a really good job. She was very diligent and meticulous in doing so. Last time I was in there was Sebastian. Same. I enjoy going there. Thanks y'all! .

If you're looking for fishing, hunting or hiking gear, do yourself a favor and go to Bass Pro, where they cater to the real sportsmen and women ... They don't sell anything for hunting or anything related to guns whatsoever --not even paintball or airsoft.

The other reviews regarding employee attitudes were polar opposite of my experience. Sean was an awesome help and helped us find exactly what we needed. Additionally, the price of it was way better than we anticipated!Bryan made sure the sale price matched at the register and checkout was a breeze. Thanks guys!

We tried to buy a bicycle on this store, the employees don't even know what they do if u have questions better not to ask. Then when we chose 2bike they can't make them work properly, the excuse was the technician not here the next day the technician try to punish us (he worked on that bicycle 2hr witch was "done") so long story short good store bad employees and management

I really like this store but the employees, they don’t seem to be willing to work. When you ask for some help or information they look at you like “seriously bro do you really want me to help you?”I always shop there but unfortunately the customer service is not as good as the store itself.Although the basic (customer service) is not good, the store is good and clean, it has a cool variety of products!

I needed to buy my bf some shoes and I had such a hard time getting help from anyone in the store where I was being passed around and hung up on. I called and called and finally I spoke with Matthew B. who ended up being incredibly helpful and understanding. So thankful for him!

Worst customer service. 3 time hung up on while on hold while a member was checking on something in stock. Other members thought it was funny that I was hung up on when we called back. Unfortunately this is what our society's customer service has come down to with the workforce we have.

No help, the store is a mess, and the management is terrible! I had 3 managers come up to me about how they couldn’t give me my money back because my receipt expired, and the store manager named Brian said well nothing I can do for you and kept giving my wife and me attitude and made faces at us with a sarcastic look! I will never shop here again and I mean it never ever again!
