I've been shopping at this Dior for a few years now, my sales person is Barbara; She is great but today I needed to buy something and didn’t know she wasn’t there; when I walked in the store there was a man helping a woman and he didn't talk or even me. I was waiting for him because I didn't see the product I always buy on the displays, no words until I had to stand in front of them and waited a couple of minutes until he decided to talk to me and said I'd better go check the products that I want at Sephora.

Bad, rude service. They say returns and exchanges not allowed when that is not true according to company policy.

I walked into the store yesterday. There was a gentleman at the counter speaking with a woman. He looked directly at me, didn’t acknowledge and continued to speak with the fair skinned woman he was talking to. I was ready to spend money for the holidays in Dior however Chanel offered a better experience.
