I was traveling internationally in a few days and needed many things for the trip. I had picked out many items that were not my size but salesperson told me they probably had in stock in the back. Imagine spending an hour picking out outfits and then being told they did not have the sizes. Mind you I am a 10-12 not 22.She then proceeded to tell me I could get all the items online. Really? Wt... is the point of a physical store when they do not stock average sizes? Wait it gets better, I went upstairs to designer floor. Same exact problem!!! Plus, I had the pleasure of a snotty salesgirl who said everything was sold out that I wanted. B******** I went home and saw same items online, in my size. I guess since I was not dressed up to shop ( workout clothes I was off for Presidents' day) . Nasty, judgmental salespeople who stand around and pre-judge. Oh, I had my assistant with me too!!!I was pissed!! Went to Bloomingdale's and spent 10 grand. The entire experience there was totally opposite. If you want to be treated like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" go to Saks. What a downfall for what was once a great store.

Better selection than the palm beach gardens store, however very few things available in a size 0. Also it was near impossible to get a fitting room, yet after I finally was able to get into one after speaking to 3 sales people and a good 15 min later, the sales lady was only attentive when she saw she might be able to get some commission out of me because I wanted to buy something... but they didn't have it in store in my size which I easily discovered with no assistance whatsoever by going back to the clothing rack, so instead of this lady talking to me which I found irritating at this point- she should have been letting other waiting customers into fitting rooms. This is why commission based sales is a bad idea. I mean 2 sales people trained efficiently could have run a register and the fitting rooms, Now if they just left the fitting rooms unlocked/ there's one person more they could put on a register so people don't have to wait. Having sales people wandering the floor is just irritating at best. I certainly do not want or need any assistance when just looking at the garment selections. I can also clearly see for myself that the dress I want is not here in my size, and I have a smart phone so I can order online with absolutely zero assistance whatsoever. I absolutely did not come to the store to chat or make friends with sales people. so basically outside of the 2 things they are actually needed for- they all seem to want to just wander the floor and chat with customers instead of tidy up the store or work efficiently. Saks clearly needs to train their sales people to be less "friendly" and to just do work, not try to start up unwanted conversations. If I desired a more attentive shopping experience that's what appointments with stylists and personal shoppers are for... it should not be how the floor staff are trained too. Give people space to shop on their own. Thanks.

If anyone is in need of an SA, you need to look NO further than Jay @ saks ! IG : jaysaksboca He has come through on so many occasions for me and my friends/family. He is truly a magician working his magic on always finding the most sought after items near or far ! I love watching his stories of new items that drop in store - hot off the designer block and also love the sales ! make sure you have your notifications on to not miss a post! On one occasion, my hubby and I were running late for a birthday celebration and needed a gift. We were looking for a particular Creed cologne and I had texted Jay while I was on the highway in chances he was working. I literally caught him right as he was about to end his shift and rang me up and delivered it outside the door all packaged up for the birthday ! Lifesaver !!! He is truly a gem and such a genuine person that always goes out of his way, above and beyond for his clients ! He talks about his wife and two little girls on occasion if he has time to talk in store and I love seeing his posts on his business page about his family so we can see that he's not always Superman on the sales floor and always working to enjoy his fam time ! Greatly appreciate your genuine service ! Saks should be honored and value you and your standards of excellence ! Thank you !!

This is THE worst place to shop. You would think the store associates would treat you kindly seeing as you are the reason they get a pay check. Instead they look down on you and treat you like you shouldn't be in there. I went into buy a designer handbag that was not cheap... the rep for the company was sweet but, I felt rushed and they would not accommodate my needs. Another store had the bag in the color but instead of them ordering it for me they told me the store wouldn't sell it to me. When I called the other store they gladly held it for me. I'm so confused as to why they did not want the commission themselves vs giving it to someone else. If you try to return something forget it, just eat it they make you feel like the scum of the earth. For luxury retail it's an incredibly crumby experience.

I came here for a Birthday gift for a good friend of mine. Sandra in Chanel was amazing, I was communicating with her via text prior to coming to the store. She placed the earrings that I wanted on hold so it was very easy for me to purchase. I really appreciate her because these earrings were very hard to find. I love Chanel and I received such great customer service!

I wanted to write a review for Lexie from the Boca store on Glades..she was so incredibly helpful as well as professional. She helped me during the entire process of finding a rare/hard to find Louis Vuitton bag. She kept me updated and reached out many times! I would highly recommend her to friends and family for any shopping needs. Lexie's expertise is one of a kind and you can tell that she loves what she does

I went to Saks at the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton today for the first time since COVID, all I can say is... WOW, I'm so sad at how far downhill it went. Saks used to be first class with great merchandise and superior service. The merchandise, the layout of the clothes, and the selection was awful, but the worst part were the salespeople. They used to be first rate and people would fall over themselves to help you. No one offered to help me, they were all so dour looking and very unpolished and unprofessional looking. The whole experience was only a small step up from Macy's. The end of a legend. #RIPSAKS

I went there this last Sunday to buy a very expensive shirt and as expected no one would wait on me. The service in the mens department has gotten so bad I won't ever go back. They used to have good help but they left. Three guys were standing around talking to each other. I actually bought a tux a few years ago at Nordstroms's because the same thing happened.

The staff wears masks and gloves and are safe, absolutely adore the first floor of Saks but the second floor is an absolute joke. Went to go try on jeans in a fitting room and it's absolutely disgusting in their fitting rooms up on the second floor, there are needles all over the floor which is definitely a violation of some sort. Wanted to buy a pair of jeans and they couldn't find the price tag which took them a total of maybe 5 minutes to actually find the store tag but the woman assisting us let everyone else ahead of us in checkout because it was convenient for her instead of letting any other store associate check us out that were standing literally right next to her. She didn't think to tell them to check us out until I got fed up with waiting 15 minutes to pay with credit which max takes what 2 minutes?? Yeah okay this store again is good on the first floor but the second floor is absolute trash.

They are following covid rules and regulations which I was happy to see. Plenty of hand sanitizer around as well. I love the shoes here but They didn't have the sneakers that my daughter wanted- but it was fun to look around! And the salespeople were very helpful so that was a plus! I'm glad to see that they are just doing some even during Covid times!

The manager at saks (Courtney) has the worst customer service EVER ! She is not helpful at all and even when I was trying to talk to her she seemed like she was unethical and did not care about my situation. What type of manager is this ?who hired this person maybe the ratings of this saks fifth wouldn't be so bad if they had better customer service. Courtney is not the right person for the job. I'm a regular and won't go back just because the way she spoke to me.
