I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Kubiak as my primary doctor. She is an excelllent diagnostician. I was sick this week and she squeezed me in on the same day, diagnosed what was wrong with me and called me on a Saturday after my blood work came in with a perscription. I have been a patient for over 10 years and appreciate her bedside manner, promptness and diagnostic skills. She is the best!

Dr. Carolyn Kubiak is the best of the very best Doctors I have ever known. I would not be walking this earth today had it not been for Dr. Kubiak’s being so very thorough in her examination and the tests she ran. She is also connected to the very best specialists a person would ever need to live a healthy life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kubiak since early 2006. I love how personable she is, making me feel comfortable at all my visits.I show up early because 9 out of 10 times Dr. Kubiak is coming to the waiting room to bring you back on time. I feel she genuinely cares about my heath. She always asks about my family, who are also her patients. Dr. Kubiak has had the same nurse, Valerie, by her side for several years, who is very sweet and never makes me feel rushed.And a shout out to Christy, Dr. Kubiak's receptionist, who is very nice and professional on the phone.
