Amazing shoe selection, decent prices, and excellent employees! This has to be one of the cleanest, organized, well kept DSW’s I’ve been to in a while. Employees were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I got the most out of my shopping experience!

I received a gift of dsw shoes for Christmas that were too big. We brought in and we only could return. This meant the payment was returned to the original buyers card (the person who gave me the gift). To help us from an awkward situation they helped us by giving us a discount on the shoes we were going to exchange for. It was very nice of them to do especially because my husband was audibly upset and they could’ve easily brushed us off :)

My pick up order wasn't ready in the time the website said it would be but it was the only DSW near me where I could get the shoes my toddler wanted.
I called ahead and told them I hadn't received a notification that it was ready yet. She told me to wait on hold while I looked into it and by the time she got back on I was parking in the plaza. I just didn't want to take the kids out of the car if they weren't ready or if they weren't actually in stock.
That being said... The store was pretty busy. I was shocked by how messy it was cause I've been in multiple times and have never seen it like that. The woman was super friendly, she handed me the box and didn't ask me for my order number or ID like the one in Coral Springs. It took me longer to get the kids out than to process the pick up.

Great selection of low and mid-priced shoes. It would be good if they carried higher end brands like On and Hoka.
With that said, they do a good job of stalking a lot of brands under one roof and have a wide variety of footwear.

Most UNFRIENDLY AND CARELESS store I have ever been to. 10 mins in the store looking for a sales assistant that never showed up. The only pair available in my size were the demo ones, with some abrasions and scratches on the leather. I lined up at the cashier to ask if they had another pair in the back, she said no but they were available at another store. I asked if they would discount that pair, considering the quality issue. The cashier grumbled (never smiled) and said she would have called the manager. The manager showed up and was even grumpier, never greeted and the only words she said were I can offer 10% off. When I politely answered that for only 10% I would have preferred to go to the other DSW store, she just said OK, tossed the shoe box on the counter and left. The cashier did the same, left and not a single word.
Girls, if you have internal or personal arguments/problems or anything that makes you feel grumpy, just consider to change job and go flipping burgers, because customer-facing is not for you.
