Years ago I needed to have a necklace altered, and I went to the main exchange on the first floor. The jeweler brought me upstairs to "his guy"- Eazy Jewelry- to do the job. Fast forward to today, I figured I'd cut out the middle man and go straight to Eazy. There were two people in line in front of me- both jewelers from downstairs who needed things repaired and/or altered for their clients. It made me feel like I was definitely in the right place! Anyways, he did a bunch of jobs for me: ring resize, changing the setting of a diamond stud, broken necklace chain, adding pink sapphires to a pendant that had lost its stones, and resizing a vintage bangle (a hard job as the work was intricate and I wanted the added gold/links to be an exact match.) I am VERY pleased with the work, and the prices were very, very fair. Highly recommend!!

The place is OK for jewelry cleaning, however stay away from jewelry making dealings. The place and the owner are dishonest. They tried to steal a part of my gold after making an item from the gold that I supplied. Turn around!

I went downstairs first. They told me I once a lobster latch broke you can't fix it. It will cost me 45 at least to replace it. My latch was 18 karat and theirs was 14 and they still were gonna charge me after taking my gold! I went to Eazy and the guy said you don't need to replace it he will fix it for 15 bucks! Did a great fast job. Don't go anywhere else they are dishonest and crooks
