Love Eileen Fisher clothes. This review is of the store staff. They almost completely ignored us. Two of us were in and bought two items each, no offer of help to find different sizes or styles and there were four staff and no other customers. We were not rude, not dressed badly- they clearly didn’t think they needed to do anything other than talk with each other and slowly move stock around.

This company has been so unremarkable in the way of customer service that it simply negates the desire to ever consider doing business , EVER! It only takes ONE customer experiences bad one!… , one UNANSWERED inquiry, one email, in this generation of online purchasing …. One would think that anyone (who is smart) in the service industry would know better; that it only takes one flippant comment, one lack of reply, when it’s not a glowing reflection! I happen to be blessed enough to purchase where I wish; & I never take that for granted. This place is OUT of touch & does NOT appreciate the competition that they face with quality AND GREAT service! I guess that goes with not being very smart!

I love the fabrics, fit & feel of Eileen Fisher garments . The Eileen Fisher Factory in Irvington, NY used to open a few times a year for fabulous sales. I am pleased to find an outlet in Florida that did not disappoint. The colors here are spectacular, there was a wide selection and a lot of sales help. The rainbow of beautiful colors is perfect for Florida. I tried on dresses in plum, teal, honeydew, wisteria... they were so lightweight and cool they felt almost like nightgowns. They have extra extra extra small all the way up to 3X large. They were a lot of sweaters and jackets, but the summer lighter fabrics were reduced 30% off the already low sale price. I left with items 80% of the list price.

Worst customer service I've ever had at Eileen Fisher. I wish girls from Eileen Fisher Boston's store worked here or at least taught them how to work with customers.

My wife and I just had the best shopping experience EVER!!!!!The salespeople were amazing .Not only were they helpful they were patient .They knew there merchandise and just about everything they helped us choose was perfect .Couldn't be happier !!!!!!

This was my first time visiting the Company Store, and although I did not purchase anything, I would return. Here are a few pointers. It is not EF’s full retail line store. They sell merchandise from one season to several seasons past along with EF’s Renew or gently used clothing. The salesperson told me that they receive some brand new merchandise 4-12 weeks after its first appearance online or in the NY retail stores. The prices were marked down from approximately 20-50% off. Some items were on Clearance or had a No Return ticket. There were plenty of Petite and Regular sizes, but a much smaller quantity of Plus sizes. There was a small selection of shoes and scarves. Some ladies were stocking in the back, and I could see that the area was large and well-organized. So, you might get lucky and find an off-season item at a more reasonable price. The salesladies were very polite and helpful.

Worst on line customer service no customer service agents available ever!!I respond to the emails and they keep sending emails back stating “that they have not heard back from me.” I have the 20 emails I have sent them repeatedly !!I have been waiting 8 weeks since I returned my merchandise with the label sent to me by Eileen Fisher!!!! Outrageous, I have never experienced this with any company prior.

Visited about a month ago and the experience was great. Called today for a price check and the person answering the phone was rude and made it clear she did not want to help me. It was 1 item and I did not have a style number. I was going to look for it but after the initial few sentences I decided to forget about it. Please work with whoever answered at 10:25 am on 10/10/2022 on their phone etiquette. Talking down to customers and taking an offensive tone is uncalled for. If I answered her the way she sole to me, she’d have been upset. Not to mention the over $1000 I just spent there. Shameful.

I used to love their product and designs, but this is a strange store I had a strange experience. Drove 45 min to go to this store. Posted on door masks NOT required. Now I had intentions of spending hundreds of dollars there. So upon arriving I enquired of the UNMASKED mgr would he mind if I used the restroom since I drove all this way, His reply, " it's closed Because of Covid, but you can go to fresh market. Huh??? Let's be smart and follow the science. You handled multiple Pieces Of Clothing I brought in, yet it's not safe to use your restroom??? Needless to say I didn't shop very long. I guess a single stall restroom isn't safe but a multi one is? Future I'll ski their ignorant store. I'll just stay closer and to home and shop.
