The customer service is beyond amazing! I own a salon and for a hobby I work at a bridal store; so finding time to shop is nonexistent. This store goes out of its way to pull clothing for my daughter and pack it nicely to make my life easier. Everywhere my daughter goes people compliment her and stop her to say how beautiful she is. Without their help I'd have to stress when I have time to go shopping and what's in style. We just came back from a vacation and I completely forgot about thanksgiving. Well just like that they had a bunch of options ready to go for my daughter. I'm very happy and thankful for this store and the amazing people who work there.

I had high hopes for this store, but unfortunately each time I give them a try I am disappointed and leave the store quite offended. The store is beautiful and clothes are adorable, but for the prices they charge (min $40+) for baby and kids clothes I would expect much better customer service. Each time I go I am ignored and have to Flag someone down for assistance; however they're overly attentive to their "regulars". Additionally, they consider all of their clothes seasonal therefore you have a VERY small window to exchange items before they become FINAL SALE and therefore non-refundable or eligible for store credit. A few recommendations to the owner and staff. Treat everyone like they're your regulars. You won't get any new "regulars" by ignoring your target market. Also your return policy is archaic, rejecting exchanges even when they're gifts. Imagine how many new customers you'd gain from an exchange program - even if it's only a percentage of the purchase price.

Cute stuff but employee was WAY out of hand preaching religious views about my unborn baby and telling me how I should feed her. Creepy and inappropriate.

$52 Romper NEVER worn. Washed on hand wash cycle as per tag recommended before wearing. Romper lost 2 buttons before even coming out of the wash machine. Terrible customer service. No refund offered.

Beautiful space with lots of cute stuff for your little boy or girl. They have lots of cute outfits, stuffed animals, toys, books, knick knacks and accessories. Lot of the stuff is pretty unique and looks pretty high-end. Prices are on the higher end as this is a specialty boutique. Thw staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Details truncated to fit google. Please read reviews on Yelp … I wish there was an option to take away stars, because even 0 just wouldn't be enough for the rude, terrible exchangeProvided a GIFT RECEIPT and just over four weeks later we welcomed a new member to our growing family. When I went to exchange the piece, the saleswoman crumpled the receipt up without so much as looking up and said, "that item was on sale, it's not returnable.". When I asked "What are you doing? That's my receipt and we have other items from you?! I'm sure this item was not on sale as it's on a gift receipt" looked up begrudgingly and said, "Final Sale...". What a welcoming personality, right? When I said "This is a GIFT receipt, gift receipts are always exchangeable, they aren't given for sale and final sale items as listed on final sale receipts..." she refused to acknowledge or discuss. “Please," I said, "I'm just trying to make a simple size exchange with the proper receipt your store provided”. She refused but I insisted she at least hand me my receipt back, that she crumbled into her hand, and look into the sale further with her manager and she phoned the stores' owner. The owner confirmed that it was not, in fact, a sales item and told her the credit to issue me, which the saleswoman personally wrote on the back of the receipt. She handed it to me with the owner still on the phone and said, "here is the amount that your gift was purchased for, the owner has told me to proceed with your exchange, please pick something else." I walked the store with my 85-year-old mother, found the item we needed to exchange and returned to the counter. She then, without so much as looking up at me, said "oh no, we changed our mind. Your receipt was over four weeks ago, and we no longer need to exchange the item, as stated on the receipt." I apologized and told her that I understand what she's saying but she, herself, personally examined this receipt, called the owner, wrote the amount and authorized the exchange of one simple, inexpensive, piece of clothing and that it was quite unprofessional and poor customer service not only to change her mind but watch me shop the store knowing that she did not plan on honoring what the owner had just told her to do.She then went on to say THE OWNER CALLED HER BACK AND SAID NO but offered no email or means to communicate my grievance to the owner or even any rectification to try to polish the sour experience we had just had. They were arrogant, dismissive and dishonest and I can safely say that something that has been "an East-Boca Raton staple since the 70's" will not only never again get my business but will also never get my friends and family as I'll be sharing this exchange and making it a point to note at future events that we would prefer not to receive gifts from this establishment. This item will be added to our donation bag for families in need so that it serves some purpose and as Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman, "Big Mistake!". Please stick with Bloomingdales, Nordstrom or the many other small businesses in our community that stick by their policies and care about where their money comes from!I wish their scathing YELP reviews here before we chose to ask our guests to spend their hard-earned money here

I wish there was an option to take away stars, because even 0 just wouldn't be enough for the rude, terrible exchange I just painfully endured. I've been a member of the Boca Raton Community for over 30 years and have only daughters, so needless to say we know the need for baby gifts and have circuited the shower scene on repeat loop over the years! I recently hosted a baby shower for one of my daughters and since we kept it "COVID Safe and Small" people came out of the woodwork from neighbors to friends to coworkers of my children to shower new mommy with shipped and dropped off gifts. Over 250 locals sent love, well wishes and inquired how to send thoughtful and incredible gifts, at least 1/3 of which came from Elegant Child at my daughter's specific request. One friend always goes over the top and decided to ask what she could provide for all newborn and family photos, unfortunately, the one item of clothing my daughter had her heart set on, out of everything else wonderful that we received, was just too small. I jumped in the car and ran over to Elegant Child to do a simple exchange... Boy, was I wrong... She provided a GIFT RECEIPT and just over four weeks later we welcomed a new member to our growing family. When I said "We have shopped this store for years and this is a GIFT receipt, gift receipts are always absolutely exchangeable, they aren't given for sale and "final sale" items as listed on final sale receipts..." she refused to acknowledge or discuss with me. "Please," I said, "I'm just trying to make a simple size exchange with the proper receipt your store provided for this outfit ..." She refused but I absolutely insisted she at least hand me my receipt back, that she crumbled into her hand, and look into the sale further with her manager and she phoned the stores' owner.
