I thought I would give this location another try being that maybe it was an off day the last time I was here and it was horrible. But nope. Still horrible. It took 1 hour for the driver to pick me up Then when I got my vehicle it was dirty They took it back to clean it and brought it back within 2 minutes and said they cleaned that but it was still dirty and I asked them to please take it back and clean it. They offered to put me in a different car and when I opened the door I wouldn't even step into the car because that 1 was twice as dirty. What is happening here????:" This enterprise needs better management and accountability for service and cleanliness.

Fast service for a rental but the cars are given over dirty. When I asked if it could be washed they ran a hose over it … no soap, did not vacuum or wipe down interior and brought it back completely wet.

Its my second time renting a car here and the people are always nice and professional. Also took me 10 minutes in and 10 minutes out, what more can you ask!

The car itself was great, however it was given to us totally dirty. They park some of their cars under trees so watch out for dirty windshields. Also, the trunk was full of sand. I guess the last renter went to the beach. Lastly, watch out for your rental being registered to the previous renter’s SunPass account, if you’re trying to drive on toll roads and want to use your own SunPass. The associates have no idea how to fix it and they basically leave it up to you to resolve. It’s ridiculous. Like I said, the car itself ran perfectly well but I would think twice about renting from this location.

I've rented from Enterprise many,many times. The prices are always competitive, though maybe not the absolute cheapest. However, their staff and customer service has always been consistently top notch. I always have had a good experience and often an exceptional one.

Mishka is a doll! She works so hard and flawlessly handled multiple customers one after another at opening between Christmas and New Years. Not an easy feat. Give her a raise !!!

I have used all of the major car rental services and Enterprise has by far beat them all in value, customer service and rental quality. I have been using the branches at John Glenn International in Columbus Ohio as well as Jackson, Ohio and Fort Lauderdale Airport in Florida, and recently West Boca Raton and all have been amazing with their customer service, employee friendliness and overall experience. If you have not had a good experience they are worth another try because even in times when I thought my rental experience would not be the best they have been on top of making it amazing.
Another thing I can say is that the points accumulation for their bonus program
is ver customer focused. I got a free day from only 2 4-day rentals.

Car is filthy inside and out. Water inside of car, sunroof sunshade dosent work, so sun is beating down on you all day.
