If I could give a zero I would, I had a reservation and they did not have a car of the range i picked. They did have a more expensive which they were not willing to give me at the price I booked the reservation

Please, after renting from them, makes sure you continuously check your statements for like a month because they’ll try to charge your card illicitly even after the car has been returned.They tried charging my card even after I returned the car and filled up the tank. I gave them more gas than they gave me and even vacuumed and cleaned the car prior returning It. When they tried charging my card,I called them immediately then they said “Oh, we’re so busy right now, we’ll look into it.” How? You just charged my card 15 seconds ago.Don’t they check the number of cars that are the Parking lot in the beginning of their shift?Don’t you have cameras? Instead of refunding me my deposit, they tried to charged me a $69 charge. And they’re extremely rude. It’s ether they hate their job or they just don’t care, all they want is money. If Enterprise doesn’t step up, no one will rent from them especially that location. I’ve rented from enterprise like 4 times, and this is the worst experience ever.On Friday, this guy even called me and threatened me saying I must pay them if my insurance doesn’t pay. He doesn’t care if they pay but from now on I owe them. He was extremely rude and condescending.Like I said, Stay away from Enterprise because they work at every locations. They switch them around daily.Just keep checking your statement even after you return the car.

Couldn't have worse service. Come at the time of reservation, the guy says we are out of cars, I will call you within two hours. Doesn't call I come again and he says the won't be a car to fulfill my reservation until the next week.

Picked up vehicle , it was an absolute disaster ... disgustingly filthy inside , stained seats, trash stuffed in air vents , thousands of small bugs .. spent 1.5 hrs cleaning it out ... finally got tired of it and called enterprise .. they ran me around Broward and palm beach to exchange it for 6 hrs ... only to find out no other enterprise had a car for me ... completely disgusting .... do not rent from this location, or enterprise ... wasn’t like it was cheaper just a close location .. customer service is beyond horrible .. and they charged me for gas, 1/8 of a tank after making me drive for 6 hrs to try and exchange car they never should have given out ..... horrible service .... I’ll tell everyone I can DO NOT GO HERE !!!
