So shopping here is always frustrating because the store is not laid out in a way that makes picking "outfits" easy. On my most recent visit it was almost impressive how unhelpful everyone was, except the girl who ultimately cashed me out. I will say the quality of their leggings/shorts is what keeps me coming back. However, I'll probably be considering canceling my membership because really how much workout clothes does someone need?

I love this brand. Their clothe are great and they fit really well. I am used to going into the store in West Des Moines Iowa and they are great! They have great customer service, friendly and ready to help. I stopped by and they seemed to be afraid to help people and I felt that I had to bother them for them to help me. I still will buy from this brand but I know that I need to go back to my home store if I want the friendly and welcoming service. Product Service.

Had very positive experience with FLABETICS on line. Not so good at the mall. I felt invisible and had to beg for help. Felt somewhat not welcome or my $$ wasn't good enuf? ...The music in shop was so loud customers had to yell. Thinking the girls being the counter are overworked and undertrained or maybe underpaid? Not sure... Never going back.

What a joke! Trying to buy something was so difficult because they want you to provide so much information. But that’s only the beginning. I went ahead and made a purchase because their advertising is very attractive but you can only take advantage of the deals and discounts by becoming a member which subjects you to an automatic monthly charge that “is easy to cancel by calling or going online “. You cannot cancel online and are forced to call in and here’s the kicker. I tried to cancel the membership right after I made the purchase and was told that doing so would void out the order I just placed as well. Complete waste of time. Wish I would have read reviews before placing order. 3 star rated companies are usually 3 stars for a good reason…

The store has the most amazing employees Ioan and his colleague were very professional and so polite. It’s my 1st official time buying the Pepsi ya and the quality it’s WOW. Awesome offers! The VIP deal is On! Thank you for the recommendations guys!

-5 stars Came here and Bought sets in between a double at work. Didn't have time to try on in the store due to using my break from a double at work to come here and grab clothes for the gym the next morning . Got home later that night and realized it fit but was to snug so I take it back with receipt and price tag but was told since the cheap Size tag was not on I was unable to return it due to "policy". First that should have been told when I bought it. Second, If the tag is as important as it seems to be for a customer to return an item should be much more stable then the cheap 5cent fabric that's offered for the return tag. The outfits are decent price so this shouldn't even be an issue. Y'all are just trying to make money by being sketchy and slick "policy" will not be purchasing from here again. Even wearing the clothes feels "ew".

They charge you $50 to subscribe to be able to buy clothes on their website, this is the worst thing I've seen, that's why I think Amazon is a power and I will never buy from this store again, I don't recommend it at all

Load up on your first trip when opening your membership. Great prices. You still get discounts afterwards, but not like during your first trip

A good looking store is not enough if customer service is the worst.I shopped with Fabletic for the first time yesterday and I had a manager took care of me she was so lovely, so I was excited to go into the store today I have to exchange size for what I bought yesterday and I want to get something else.As soon I get into the store the two ladies were behind the counter chit-chatting no even say hello, and I was going around because I didn’t want to interrupt, when one of them asked me if I had a return for the day.I told her I need to make an exchange on sizes and I wanted to try the short in a Medium and I wanted to try another leggings.When I came out of the changing room the were having coffee and Starbucks cookies on the counter, that I find so unprofessional, but they saw me and even asked me how did it fit, I put the shorts back were she got it, and later I asked her if she had the same leggings I got in another size.She went to grab it and I was walking behind her telling her that I liked the other leggings but I wasn’t sure about the fabric, she ignore me but later she realize I wasn’t speaking by myself and the only answer I got was : “ we have a different fabric “Nothing to tempt me to buy it!That’s why I preferred leave the other leggings………..I will order it online!!!!!!Really unprofessional staff, I hope they will spend more time in training how to give customer service.Such a bad experience let customer thinks you’re doing them a favor is the worst!!!!!!!!!!
