Natalia and Chloe have been so kind in helping me get an appointment, even same day and always making it a seamless experience. They are both so personable and do a great job! I had my blood taken by Mel and again it was one of the least painful experiences I've ever had. There was literally no pain at all even when she inserted the needle. She was also very kind and made you feel at ease. I took a chance and saw the doctor that was recommended. Dr Sarwat Nasreen. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is so comforting and kind and makes you feel welcomed. Sometimes you could go see a new doctor and it could be very intimidating. This was not the case at all. If anyone is looking to try a new doctor, I would give my full recommendation. She always does what's right for the patient and she stays communicative when needed. You can ask her a lot of questions and she will always make you feel like she has time for you and not rushed. It is a great experience seeing her. Overall it is a fantastic practice!”
