I ordered 3 products (Order 3156925) and paid 37.49$ with 6$ shipping on October 22, 2024. item didn't arrived. i made multiple males, but there is no any answer. also made a call, but nobody is answering. don't believe them and don't buy any products from them.

This company used to be good, now it's terrible. When I last ordered I never received an order confirmation. You cannot call as it goes straight to voicemail AND the mailbox is full. Emails are not answered despite company policy of answering next day. I got no action on my order until I threatened a Paypal dispute.

I placed 2 large orders yesterday of 7 different items. The next day they canceled both orders entirely claiming they don't have the inventory. None of the items?! Seems like a shady company to me. Now I have to make sure I get refunds. Ugh.

I ordered a product, a week later hadn't left their facility. I reached out to enquire about it, it takes them 24 hours to reply to an email, 6 days and emails later they never got me my product and opted to refund my money after several requests to find out where my product was. They never gave a name of the person emailing and ignored my request for a phone number and manager info.

I made a purchase over 3 weeks ago and paid for 2 day priority shipping. This company is in Florida and I’m in Georgia—and it’s been 3 weeks!!! Are you Kidding me!!! This is a fraudulent company!! Took my money and NEVER shipped the items!! Now not responding to my emails to cancel the order and issue a refund!!!

I checked their site directly instead of following an Adclick link. Every page that loaded as i looked for a product pestered me to give them information as if they were doing me a favor. I will not do business with a company that surreptitiously harvests my data to sell, especially in such a dishonest way.

Order 6/16/20 Charged 06/16/20 As of 7/5/20 No merchandise, no tracking number, no way to contact company as Online info is not valid, BUT they charged and received my money as of 6/16. Do not buy from this company.
