Very helpful and great customer service! The Asst Manager went out of her way to help us today when we needed to decide on when to overnight an important package. Since it was the weekend, she gave us price and time options for Sat or Mon deliveries, and patiently waited while we tried to decide which was best. She even helped us figure out the company's weekend hours to see if they'd receive the package in time before closing Sat. She was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! Thank you!

Went to shop a package recently and couldn't log in online to access my account number. Dale was so helpful and friendly while I was struggling to log in and get customer service on the phone. I really appreciated his kind demeanor and glad my office is so close to this location because he was a huge help!

I ship with FedEx every week. This is only store to basically to refuse to ship everything I bring in. I’m surprised paper isn’t classified as hazardous. Don’t want them to get a paper cut.

Raul, the only FedEx support at the location, was disrespectful, condescending, rude & offered no support to myself & 3 other customers who needed support for printing and supplies. Raul was also too busy looking at his personal phone - standing behind the desk further ignoring customer needs & offering no assistance- despite many placards around the building guiding customers to ask for support.

Worst FedEx ever… not enough parking. Closed for lunch in the middle of the afternoon. Understaffed. Slow service… how is this FedEx???

Place is advertised as open 9am -7pm. Got there at 130pm. Place was locked up and closed. Guy pulls up with his lunch telling me he won't be available for another hour. How do you run a business like this

Biggest shoutout to Dale and Ed at the FedEx location on Federal Hwy in Boca Raton. I came in with a return package ready to pay to print the return label myself and they got my attention before I printed out. Apparently, if the return label is by FedEx, they will print it for you, no need to pay to print it out yourself.
These guys were super kind and funny! And they made the return process easy. Thanks again! ?

Very poor service by Edgardo. It’s a shame.
Visited this location and seemed Edgardo didn’t wanted to help with my shipping requests.
He also provided a wrong info. And his attitude was not good.
I went to another location and They took care of my shipping requests with no problems.

Yesterday was a super tiring day for me at work. I was feeling really tired, but then I remembered I had to print some important materials before the FedEx closed. I was feeling worried because time was running out.
But FedEx’s Dale, was there to help! He saw that I was feeling stressed and tired. Instead of letting me panic, he calmed me down and promised to help me finish my project on time. Even though he had been working all day too, he had so much energy and kept my spirits high. He worked quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was perfect.
Thanks to Dale, I got my materials printed just in time! I'm so grateful for his kindness and hard work. He really made my day better.
