Alexis was so patient and kind while taking a picture of my toddler!
My little one was wiggly, but Alexis took her time, made him feel comfortable, and captured such a sweet moment. She didn’t rush at all and really knew how to connect with a toddler. I’m so thankful for her care and professionalism—highly recommend her!

I stopped by FedEx Office to ship a package and had a great experience. Lyn, the clerk who helped me, was absolutely amazing. She was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service thank you, Lyn.

If you want them to steal (or what they refer to as “lose”) an expensive family heirloom that a grandfather gave you many years ago…definitely go there. They also restrict insurance value so they make it easier to steal/lose expensive items shipped to through their network.
If you want safe shipping that doesn’t have identifiable proof through cameras that your package was stolen right from the front desk itself…I’d simply avoid this place like the plague.
Never in my life have I seen such negligence of such an important and expensive item. Shame on your whole store, including the manager who seemed ‘unaware and complicit’. Police report in progress.

Got there to drop off a package at exactly 6:30 pm on a Saturday and the door was closed and the guy inside keeps telling me he’s closed when it is clearly displayed on the front door that they’re closed at 7:00 . I was highly disappointed, someone needs to rectify the closing time at this store along with the customer service here.

Fedex of Boca Raton on 2301 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL is fantastic!Cathy and her Team, Andre and Romen are the best!Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very nice to work with.I have used Fedex for 35 years now, both for my company and my personal shipments.We have used this location for many months now and by far it’s the best Fedex location for us.I would recommend this location for anyone looking to ship, office use, shipping boxes, tape, etc.Thank you, Fedex Boca Raton!

I ordered these blueprints and they’re supposed to staple them and the stupid freaking morons never stapled them. They’re all mixed matched. All the numbers are out of order they’re worthless. These people are worthless. Just depends on the nationality you gotta deal with.
