Terrible service. I do not expect from people in FedEx a lot, but train you staff use scanner and read numbers. It is basic skills.

I brought my package in on a Wednesday to be delivered overnight and it did not get there until Saturday. The contents inside the box were ruined. My friend was unable to get the package before her trip. I called multiple times to get updates. Each time I was given the run around. They promised me someone from the branch would call and no one did.

Went here to resolve an issue after multiple locations were problematic. We spoke to Danii at the service desk and she was very helpful in putting us in contact with the right person to fix our issues!

Normally I hate going into post offices or fed ex of any sort, but I desperately needed to mail out some items. I had 4 boxes to ship to 4 different people (bridesmaids) and needed assistance with choosing the correct box/ way to ship them. Upon walking in I was greeted and anxiety put to rest when a young man found the exact prepaid envelope to fit the boxes and made the whole process so easy for me. I unfortunately did not get his name, but I really want to say thank you to him! This was the easiest experience I’ve had at any fedex. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

DONT DROP OFF your packages here , they have lost my packages twice! The first time I assume they never put the label so this second time I stayed and watch them and lady even said to me if it gets lost it wasn’t me. GUESS WHAT it got lost! Its been 6 weeks and fedex won’t tell me where my package is! I never dealt with this kind of terrible costumer service , I will never come back here again! I have dealt with hours of wasted time calling fededx with no resolution and to top it off it was a return and I haven’t been able to get my money back which is worth over $300 ! stay away from this place!

I'm so surprised to see the negative reviews on here, I went to this place today and had such a great experience. The employees there helped me out and were really courteous to me and efficient. I would definitely go back again

Your customer service sucks!!! I was billed differently on my receipt than what was posted on my credit card. When I called the local office where I went to an agent from some third world country that could barely speak English was totally useless!! I tried 3 more times. It’s horrible that I can’t get an agent to help me. So now I will put a stop payment on this charge because FedEx couldn’t care less about helping me. The Boca Raton location on glades road was where my transaction took place originally

This store is Well lit with convenient parking right in front. Multiple representatives are ready to assist. Some like Omar always with a smile on his face, ready to hand me my printouts lol. Centric location.
