They had what I needed . Presented my self show the pieces I was looking for and this man , say no we don’t have it . We don’t work with it .
Okey so I walked trough the store and ask a different person that worked there, he pointed me in the right direction , they had it, and they have it plenty .
Regarding to what a mistake is , gentleman’s that work here are very rude . They do need o improve actitud towards people and costumers . Show more empathy , we do not know everything and we need some help to find what we need in order to go work same as they are doing here .
I don’t like to give 3 star review but I was treated really ugly here but they do have all pieces it took me long time to find .

Surprisingly small selection of overpriced parts with low IQ employees who know NOTHING about plumbing. Massive waste of time, go almost anywhere else for a better selection and reasonable prices.

Went to Home Depot for a shower handle and was told that they don’t care that model but I should try Ferguson Plumbing Supply. I went there and sat at the counter in front of an employee who works the counter that was eating lunch. After two minutes he looked up and asked what I needed, I showed him the handle and he said if we have it it will be on the back wall and continued eating, great customer service. I gave 1 star because there’s not an option to give 0. Thanks for the great service….Avoid this place

I can't even begin to tell you what terrible service we received from Ferguson in Boca Raton. We spent over $25K on Viking appliances. Right away we realized that the induction glass cooktop wasn't working properly. When I called Ferguson they said, "Call a Viking repair person." They offered no help, no assistance, they had my money and couldn't care less. Next, the ice maker in the freezer broke. The dishwasher still doesn't dry the dishes. It's been a year. The Viking repair person still hasn't gotten the appropriate parts to fix my cooktop. Once again, I'll be cooking a holiday without the large burner on my stove. Thanks for nothing, Ferguson.

Very difficult to find. Hidden with no signs. Went to replace my shower handle. People were very nice but they misidentified my trim and valve and sold me the wrong handle. The handle was also twice the price that Amazon sold it for. Not worth the trip to return it.

this is my review and opinion of my experience with ferguson in boca raton, florida on 12/19/2020 pros: nice looking warehouse cons: terrible customer service - horrible overall experience! poorly managed, rude customer sales representative evidencing a complete and total lack of concern for customer service 1) salesman up sold me by failing to tell me i had the choice to buy shower system in a complete set rather than piece by piece costing twice as much so salesman could make more commission. 2) told me delivery would be on friday but failed to tell me part of the order would come later. i planned around this representation, thereby causing my plumber to have to stop job in the middle, unnecessarily prolonging and delaying the job and requiring plumber to have to come back days later to finish at an additional $150 cost to me. 3) called to discuss issues and missing item problem but no one would answer the phone on sat. during business hours (called 6 times in an hour with voice message saying to call back during business hours) causing me to have to drive 35 minutes each way to try to resolve a problem that could have been done in a phone call. when i got to showroom no manager or other person working on weekends so no one to address my issues with other than salesman who caused these issues in the first place. 4) salesman was confrontational and rude and appeared not to care about the inconvenience, time, trouble and expense he cost me. i will never do business with ferguson again! they have nice products, but imho they don't give a damn about me as the customer after spending substantial money with them. to me imho, they are just another greedy company caring only about their bottom line not their customers' interests!
