Brought my car in for a tire plug . Charge me over $41 . The owner Al is an angry man, I’ve never had been yelled at questioning a price. He is terrorizing ! . I called Mavis which is down the street and they charge $20 for the same plug . STAY CLEAR . This place shouldn’t be in business with this customer service and prices . BEWARE .

Phenomenal service! Didn’t just remember me, remembered what type of car I own and the I had my son with me when I had service done here over a year ago! Fast, very informative and shows best options based on my needs not theirs!

Rude and dishonest. Had purchase a extended/lifetime wheel alignment policy from this Firestone location (do not buy this type of extend policy) Called the night before to set up an appointment, spoke with Jeremy to scheduled an appt for a wheel alignment and explained that we had this policy from his store. He just said to bring it in at around 8 AM tomorrow no appointment needed. When I bought the car in the following day, spoke with Al who said he was the manager, I explained that we have the Firestone extended/life time warranty that was purchased from this store. His demeanor changed after this. First he said that we didn't purchased it from this store, told him my wife had the paperwork at home from this store. He then said that he cannot honor the policy because he was not a corporate Firestone and that he was actually Boca Tire and Auto. But I said your sign say Firestone and you're wearing a Firestone shirt and everything in the store say Firestone and we spoke with Jeremy last night and told him about the policy. He said the policy was from the previous owner and he cannot honor it as there is not a way to check in the system, again remined him about my conversation with Jeremy the night before and the policy sold from their Firestone location. Jeremy could have said that that on the phone and not waste my time from work. He just ignored that I say all that and basically told me to go away. This employee wasn't very nice as I was trying to have a conversation with him about how he can be a Firestone and not honor a Firestone policy, brought from this store/location. I told him that even as a franchise Firestone he still have to follow Corporate rules and policy, he stated that he did not and can do what he wanted as Boca Tire and Auto. Basically, he didn't want to honor a policy from his store or Firestone. When we purchase the policy it was told to us that we can go to "any" Firestone in the county and they will honor the policy. He didn't want to hear this and again say he was Boca Tire and Auto. I agree with other reviewers, the employees are rude and not helpful and when convenient this store is a "Firestone" tire and Service and when not convenient then they say "Boca Tire and Auto" and not Firestone, what dishonest and misleading way to do business. Agree with other reviews about their employees, rude, unhelpful and condescending as I was only trying to have a normal conversation about a Firestone policy from a Firestone store which I had purchased the policy from.

This is the only place I know and trust. They are very honest and will give you only the best! Al is amazing he really does take good care of you and is very professional about everything. Jeremy was very helpful as well. They are all very welcoming and professional. 10/10 would recommend! ;)
