I Order a pair of shoes for pick up on December 18. It didn't arrive until Dec 30th to the store. January 3rd and still haven't received an email that my order it's ready. I don't understand how can they be so slow.

I recently visited Foot Locker at the Boca Raton Mall on Black Friday, one of the busiest shopping days of the year, in search of a specific pair of sneakers for a Christmas gift. After checking several other stores without any luck, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible service I received at this location.
From the moment I walked in, the manager Sherrie was exceptionally attentive and immediately paired me with a fantastic sales associate named Juju. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I left the store happy and with exactly what I needed. His dedication and effort did not go unnoticed!
Additionally, another manager on duty, Loic, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions with ease. When it came time to check out, Yasmin at the register was an absolute delight—friendly and efficient.
The entire team worked seamlessly, creating an amazing shopping experience despite the usual chaos of Black Friday. The managers did an excellent job of keeping everything organized, ensuring the day ran smoothly without feeling overly hectic.
Thank you to Sherrie, Juju, Loic, and Yasmin for making my visit so enjoyable and for helping me find the perfect gift. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Very unpleasant experience.Employees don't care. THey behave as if they aredoing you a favor by going and bringing a pair to try or answering quesitons. Obviously, they are not instructed to be nice and welcoming.
But the worst part happened when I paid for the purchase. THey asked for my email, which I wasn't interested in sharing. They said they need to to send me the receipt. When I asked just to print it, they said they can't. Then they asked me for my name, which I stated is not of their business, so again they said they wouldn't be able to produce a receipt. So I said we are leaving, at which point they went to the counter and processed the purchase as usual with a printed receipt. When I asked why they didn't do it in the first place, they said they are instructed that way and highly discouraged from printing receipts and having all the customer data instead. The sales peson didn't apologize, she just said that these were her instructions, and she just worked there.
If this is a store policy, then the whole Fooot Locker chain should be avoided. If this is an isolated incident, then the franchise management should rectify it swiftly, including the attitude.

There is no reason to buy sneakers at Foot Locker. I purchased Jordan's for my son. He worn them once and he said that they hurt when he has them on. I waited till the following weekend to return them (I work). They wouldn't allow me to because they said the bottom shows signs of wear.Just buy sneakers from Nike's website. They have a 60 day no question return policy.

If I could give NO stars I would! I visited the Store in the Boca Mall off Glades road. I was completely SCAMMED out of 117.70 9/15, there is a very tall guy that took my payment on the hand held machine and ask me to put my pin( I did). The machine processed my money and I showed him, he then stated I needed to swipe again on the desk top again for another 117.70 I told him No! He wouldn’t let me take my shoes out the store even after seeing the receipt on my bank app. I called customer service and was told to go to the store being that they was able to pull what was a Suspended receipt. I go into store the little manger With ( the boy walk) had a VERY nasty attitude!!!!! I tried explaining to her what had happened that past Friday which I came back on a Sunday 9/18 all she could say was (oh I heard something about that) but her inventory was correct so she says ? I just stop talking to her and worked with the pretty curly short cut hair girl who is AWESOME by the way. I have yet to receive my money or shoes? I am absolutely disgusted by FOOT LOCKER!!!!! 6000 Glades Rd in the Boca Mall ( stay vigilant folks.
