as a employee here I wish the store was nicer and cleaner but you know why do I care and other employees are rude as hell nobody to help you on the register and the CREDIT CARDS IS VERY STUPID NO ONE WANTS A FUCKING CREDIT CARD THE PUSH employees to get a costumer to get a cc like no the service sucks and nobody to help you and the managers boss the employees around not fair

I just called there a few minutes ago. It took two calls for anyone to answer the phone. Once someone answered they sounded annoyed at being called. I asked about an item. Before I could tell him or her the product number for the item he/she proceeded to tell me they probably wouldn't have it. smh They didn't use the term "product number" either.I told them the product number, they put me on hold for a long time, then came back and said "no we do not." This was a stark contrast to the optimal customer service I received over the phone from the Forever 21 at Sawgrass. When I called Sawgrass they informed me that there was another color in the item and asked what size I was looking for.Management at Boca should go over customer service skills with whomever answered the phone today 3/10/23 around1pm.

On this day Sunday 8/21/2022 I had the worst shopping experience of my life at Forever21 in Boca Town Center mall. The associates there are very confrontational. When I asked for a manager or name of the manager, I was told that was personal information and they are not permitted to share that. The orange haired male associate continue to speak to me even though I was clearly on the phone with corporate to express the extensive customer service training that the store needs. I work in retail, and I could never have that can of an encounter with a client and expect them to continue to be loyal customers. Forever21 we have to do better. Your associates must do better.

The line to return and to shop was so long, they also were low on employees when I had asked why, they said that everyone had COVID and that's why they were understaffed. The Staff was rude and gave me lots of attitude. I'm guessing because they were overwhelmed! But that's still no excuse for bad service

We went here to buy some cute teen clothes and jeans but not a lot. I know the items are not made well so I don't want to spend a lot on them. They have some cute tops, jackets, skirts and costume jewlery. Their dressing rooms are open so that is a plus. If you so need to return something just make sure you keep your receipt. Make sure hon go upstairs - that's where a lid the sales are!
