They are a terrible company that shows no respect for their employees.
They consistently ignore workers’ rights, treat people poorly, and make it clear that employees are disposable to them. Their management style is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. If you value a healthy work environment or basic human respect, avoid this company at all costs.

Fox ordering, I am not the first nor the last client experiencing this refund issue. After learning several issues with this business. After being promised a call back told I was going to get an email, I still have not received my refund. After learning I am not the only one involved in this issue. I feel forced to get lawyers involved and will contact any client who’s experienced the same issue.

If you are a restaurant or business do not use this company. They will hold your domain hostage if you ever try to leave. Very unprofessional and spiteful company.

We are another marketing agency trying to help one of our clients get control of their domain and Fox ordering does not help you, they tell you they will call you back and you never get a call back. Apparently, there are no managers either to help you. They do not help their clients and make it almost impossible to gain control of your domain.

I’ve been calling for the last month about a refund because the app sent my order to wrong restaurant. Every time I call, the receptionist says there’s no supervisor on hand and they all receive a callback and or a follow up email. I have not received anything. This is very disheartening and not a good look for the company. I’m pretty certain. I’m not the only person that has experienced this.

I’ve been using this company for over 6years and had a lot of issues from menu not setup properly to prices rise WHIT-OUT PRIOR CONSENT but lately for over 60 weeks I’ve been charged a $9.99 fee without even knowing or any prior consent or agreement LITERALLY STEALING FROM ME AND THEN I FINALY FIND OUT AND ASKED ABOUT IT AND TOLD THAT IT WAS FOR MARKETING ( RACKETEERING) so I asked to have my money back and all but no answer so I’m taking it to my lawyer for the point of it .. BE AWAR OF THIS COMPANY ALWAYS CHECK YOUR STATEMENT AT ALL THE TIME AND IF YOU FIND OUT THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO YOU YOU CAN CONTACT ME AND WE CAN FILE FOR A CLASS ACTION
LAWSUIT ATTACHED IS ONE OF MY STATEMENTS SHOWING THE $9.99 fee

Do not do business with them. Working with them was fine but once you no longer need they’re service they won’t delete the website they made for your business no matter how many times you ask and they will turn into the meanest people.

Common applications only remove high commissions, with you I am receiving orders and super efficient customer service like Diana Calderon who from the first moment she contacted us guided us through the entire process and everything was very easy to understand, so far very happy with the service

If a restaurant uses Fox Ordering for online orders, do yourself a favor and don't order online. I've called nearly a hundred times to get a refund, each time I get told it will be on its way and I will receive confirmation, but a confirmation email has never come. It's now been two weeks and nearly a hundred calls. Each time it's the same thing. Fox ordering is a scam.
