in the last 3 visits to home depot by 441 in Boca Raton I received two tanks out of 6 that felt full but no gas comes out and i needed to return in for another.

I needed help with a pitted sliding glass door hardware. Three employees were in the hardware dept talking together...I had to interrupt them! When they see a customer in need that should take precedence. As a stockholder I was mad that "The Customer is King" attitude doesn't reside here. I hope upper management sees this and a little training is needed as to who really pays their paychecks.

Been here twice this week and walked out with nothing both times. Looking for closet wire shelving, a screw driver set with multiple size tips, an indoor mat, and a key chain. Sorry to say, it was just not up to the standard Home Depot I'm used to in the Northeast.

I agree with this reviewer .....I always try to avoid Home Depot at all costs, but I needed to pick up something that was in stock at this store. I figured it would be a quick trip... I was wrong.....plus store is a mess, understocked and understaff and always have to wait in line at "customer service" despite the fact they have 8 workstations and usually 1-2 staff ...and manager said....wait in line vs actually take care of the customers...seems like no one cares ..including all levels of managers

I went on Sunday morning to buy mulch and some Zep floor cleaner. I used the Home Depot app to verify the availability and location of the cleaner, there is none on the shelf even though it said, there are 35 in stock. I went looking for personnel, and there was no one that could be found. Another gentleman was waiting for an associate that had been called five minutes before for the plumbing. I finally found somebody back in electrical. They said they'd call somebody but I never heard it on the PA and nobody ever came. Another woman associate walked by in a hurry and wouldn't stop or make eye contact. BTW, no one had come to Plumbing either. I went to customer service and waited for five minutes just to talk to somebody and all she did was tell me where it was supposed to be located. She said she'd call somebody to help and nobody ever came. I gave up on the floor cleaner and went out to Landscaping to buy my mulch. I complained to the cashier Rene that there was nobody to help me, and that she was in fact, the most helpful person in the store. She promised to find help for me, so she recommended I speak to a guy name Nick in Landscaping. Nick is an older gentleman who is working hard back there, and when I walked up to him, he offered to help me. He walked all the way back into the store, aisle 43 to check it out. We found an open box up on the top shelf. He got a ladder and pulled it down and gave me the cleaner. It wasn't for Nick and Rene. I would've never gotten it in the 40 minutes I waited. This rating is for the store. If I can give a separate rating for Rene and Nick, I'd give them five stars but the store's customer service is pathetic.

I went to Home Depot today on Glades Avenue to purchase two nest products at a cost of $249 each. When I got home I discovered that both of the products purchased were used. The one box did not have the materials with which to fix the unit to the wall, the other head old screws in there that have been clearly used and returned by the previous customer. The one control unit even had brown marks and rust on it and yet they sold us to me as a new product.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I knew this store had a horrible reputation but ventured in anyway thinking maybe it would be different. I was right! It was even worse than the last time I was here. Save yourself some aggravation and go to Lowes down the streetI asked a young lady that was holding one of Home Depot's mobile devices to help me locate an item in cleaning. She just stared at the device and told me she couldn't remember her password and that no one would help her. Okaaay?I tracked down another employee who just shrugged his shoulders. I asked if he could find someone who could answer my question. He turned around to talk to 3 other employees I could see in the next aisle. When no one came back, I walked to where these 4 employees were talking. They were standing in a circle arguing about who had to come help me!! A man with a hand pallet was arranging Christmas trees, 2 other people said they were in the garden section and the woman holding one of the HD devices didn't speak a word of English. I walked out leaving my half full cart behind. Unbelievable

Buyer Beware!!! Do not buy your windows from Home Depot. After 1 year 8 months this company could not get the size right or adjust a window. They ended with giving me a discount towards the windows but I would have rather the job done right. An executive, Marciel Rodriguez, from Home Depot in Atlanta asked me was there anything they could do to satisfy my experence. I told him to get the job correct, he said "well we can't do that." I really do not like Home Depot. I avoid the store at all costs and usually shop at Lowe's or online. Unfortunately, today, I needed some something that Home Depot had in stock.I'm not sure what's worse, trying to find something in the store or trying to find someone to help you. There is no one in the store that even wants to help. I needed to get a new garbage disposal and my husband said if I got the exact same one, we currently have, he'd be able to replace it. I looked online and it was going to be over a week before I could get one from Amazon and Home Depot had them in stock so off to Home Depot I went.When I walked into the store there was a nice friendly girl at the front, she smiled said hello, I asked her if she knew where garbage disposals were, but unfortunately, she was just a greeter, so she couldn't help. I started walking up and down the isles looking for someone working and there was no one around. I walked up and down every single aisle looking for garbage disposals finally I found them and of course the one I needed there was an empty space underneath the price tag! I looked all around. Finally, I saw someone that worked in the store, so I asked if they had more of this specific model in the back. Well, he looked at me like I had 10 heads and basically walked away! I was just about to leave and I thought let me look behind some of the other boxes and sure enough I found the exact one I was looking for. I put it in my cart I went directly to the self-checkout.Of course when I scanned the box, it rang up at the wrong price and of course there was no one around, so I grabbed the receipt, decided it would take longer to go to the service desk for a few dollars and left...hoping never to go back again.

Ordered an item to be delivered to the store and went three times to pick up because Home Depot said it was showing delivered and was not successful with the order. Customer service did not even go to the back to check if the order was in when I went to the store and couldn't get a hold of a manager either. Terrible service

We came to check out the blinds. The employee Jonathan was very helpful and kind. It was very patient and looked up different prices for us and give us estimates and recommendations on blinds. I will definitely come back here and definitely look for him to help us out again.

Horrible customer service, lazy workers, nasty management. The motto "How Doers Get More Done" should be changed to "How does Doers Get More Done". I've started to spend money at Lowe's and I think that's where I'll remain45 minutes waiting for someone to help me is unacceptable. This is not the first time I've encountered issues at this location. Caveat emptor
