Although they haven't all closed, the fact that Gelt has the flexibility to get these types of deals done is more than enough reason for you to be bringing your business to them. Words can not convey the excellent service and attention that I received from Gelt Financial, LLC. From Michael, the person that originated my loan to Marcy that helped close it, they all went above and beyond to help me secure my loan. Even the owners got involved in the process to help me make this loan. Everyone on the staff is a pleasure to talk to, and they will do all that is needed to be done to help you. When I applied at the bank they told me one to two months for the loan, maybe longer, while Gelt said that it would be two weeks at the most and so it was. They also gave me the insight and push that I needed to make my property more secure with things that I did not even consider beforehand.
