“I was desperately searching for a copy of a book (for my kids) that has been discontinued by the publisher and sold out everywhere. I came across this shop online while searching for it and saw that they had one copy in stock. I tried to purchase the book online through their website but there was an issue/glitch where I couldn't enter my payment information, so I called the store the next day. They tracked the book down, took payment over the phone, and shipped it to me since I live out of state. I received the book in perfect condition two days later. Very grateful for the exceptional customer service and know my twins will forever appreciate having a second copy of their favorite book!”

“Went in with my daughter for a little girls day- of course looking for needoh but also we like this store. The cashier was great but the blonde manager I’m assuming- rude. Her and some male employee were walking around with clipboards as if they had some inspection or management visit I’m assuming. Her attitude when asking if we needed help was not necessary, all while she was looking me up and down with her judgemental face. Makes me not want to go back to get judged for their over priced items along with rude employees- no thanks. If it weren’t for the nice cashier I would have left empty handed. Treat all with kindness not just older guests who look like they have money bc they just lost out on a big purchase I was ready to make but settled for less. I’d rather drive to another store to get items where I won’t be treated so rude and snobby.”
