I went to the Boca Mall GNC store hoping it would be better than the one in Delray Beach, but I was wrong. My questions were met by a person who couldn't communicate clearly. They handed me a GNC brand and I asked if the product was caffeine free. They said I don't think this one has caffeine in it and then said if you buy this one you can get half off on the second one. This was a wasted trip to GNC in the Boca Mall and I was totally disappointed by the GNC staff's lack of knowledge and service.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but I haven’t experienced an employee with such a bad attitude in a long time. I came into GNC today at 5:40 and there was one lady leveling the shelves. She got done leveling the area I was waiting to look at so I went over once she stepped away. She then wanted to take a picture of the shelf and instead of nicely saying excuse me she waited behind me then asked in a really aggravated snappy tone “You done yet?!” Followed by more petty remarks making me feel like a problem for looking at the products. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes total. She was a black lady, had her name tag flipped over so I couldn’t see her name. Someone with this demeanor shouldn’t be working in customer service. I decided to go buy it somewhere else to avoid further interaction with her

Been coming to this GNC for years now since it’s a convenient walk from the YouFit. Wasn’t going to leave a review after one, two, or three times the staff was rude…But it’s definitely obvious why the turnover for management/staff is so severe over at this location. Laughable customer service almost every single time. Perhaps implement better training on handling customers. Not sure if the client associates just hate their job at this location or perhaps just lack proper communication skills.

Diego is a chill guy meet him inside the gnc store close to vans very humane and kind he has a good personality and can sell you products very well I have a peanut allergy and he confirmed to me that all the products in protein bars have peanuts so he told me and advised me not to buy it to be safe

I walked into the store today and asked the gentleman present if I could return a store product. I did not have the product in hand or in my personal possession. Despite my repeated explanation that I only needed to change the name under my account and had moved past the product issue, he insisted on returning the product to the original store. I offered to provide verification but he persisted. Frustrated, I asked if he could provide me with the corporate number, knowing that the location was corporate-owned and he also refused. I called corporate and they were able to resolve the issue. This was very unprofessional.

11 minutes ago NEW Let's start off by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered vitamins online like I always do and one of the boxes was a little damaged. I called customer service and they told me to go to a local store to do an exchange. I went to this store and was met with the store manager Michael. At first everything was okay until I was waiting just standing there at the desk for about 40 minutes while other people waited to be helped and for Michael to figure whatever he needed to figure out. So he finally said that he had to refund the money to my card and then I would have to repurchase the product. The only problem with this that the money would not be back on my card for days. What would happen if I didn't have another 55.00 dollars that I could spend on a new box of vitamins. He didn't help just stated that there were some pills missing. I advised yes the box came damage and multiple pills were punched out of the sleeves. He was pretty much accusing me of tampering with my product. I work as a manager and the way he treated me was nothing less than a piece of crap. He then told me to leave the store while I was on the phone with corporate about this issue. He then preceded to pick up his phone and started calling someone and threatening me. This is no way to handle anyone let alone a returning customer of gnc. I will never go to this store again and I will not be going to any store and will make sure they everyone I know will never go to this store. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I left the store so upset and so mad that I just had to go through that ordeal. Unacceptable and appalling.

The lady at the store was very disrespectful and unhelpful. I asked for creatine, and her answer was “NO, nobody has it kid, there’s something called coronavirus, we’ve been out of stock for two month” all this with a very rude and aggressive tone, almost screaming at me. Not a good experience and I only went for 5 minutes.

I went to this store and was extremely disappointed by the treatment of the employee on call. It was a 60 something year old woman that was extremely rude to me when I asked a very simple question of a product. I will not be going back to this store.

Mike was an amazing GNC representative. Mike was very knowledgeable and great customer service. What a well mannered decent young man. Mike helped me with my purchase for my weight gainer. It was a choice between 3 and we found the best one that suits me. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the products and what each ingredient means. He was also fast and efficient.

I was helped over the phone by very considerate person I gave a lot of helpful tips for my health Thank-you Peter
