11 minutes ago NEW Let's start off by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered vitamins online like I always do and one of the boxes was a little damaged. I called customer service and they told me to go to a local store to do an exchange. I went to this store and was met with the store manager Michael. At first everything was okay until I was waiting just standing there at the desk for about 40 minutes while other people waited to be helped and for Michael to figure whatever he needed to figure out. So he finally said that he had to refund the money to my card and then I would have to repurchase the product. The only problem with this that the money would not be back on my card for days. What would happen if I didn't have another 55.00 dollars that I could spend on a new box of vitamins. He didn't help just stated that there were some pills missing. I advised yes the box came damage and multiple pills were punched out of the sleeves. He was pretty much accusing me of tampering with my product. I work as a manager and the way he treated me was nothing less than a piece of crap. He then told me to leave the store while I was on the phone with corporate about this issue. He then preceded to pick up his phone and started calling someone and threatening me. This is no way to handle anyone let alone a returning customer of gnc. I will never go to this store again and I will not be going to any store and will make sure they everyone I know will never go to this store. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I left the store so upset and so mad that I just had to go through that ordeal. Unacceptable and appalling.

The lady at the store was very disrespectful and unhelpful. I asked for creatine, and her answer was “NO, nobody has it kid, there’s something called coronavirus, we’ve been out of stock for two month” all this with a very rude and aggressive tone, almost screaming at me. Not a good experience and I only went for 5 minutes.

I went to this store and was extremely disappointed by the treatment of the employee on call. It was a 60 something year old woman that was extremely rude to me when I asked a very simple question of a product. I will not be going back to this store.

Mike was an amazing GNC representative. Mike was very knowledgeable and great customer service. What a well mannered decent young man. Mike helped me with my purchase for my weight gainer. It was a choice between 3 and we found the best one that suits me. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the products and what each ingredient means. He was also fast and efficient.

I have been shopping at GNC for years. Some locations are better than others but it really comes down to the staff for me. Some people are naturally friendly & want to help & others not so much. This store is not my favorite & I will tell you why. Location and convenience are key factors for me. I am not a mall person; so this location is not convenient for me. When I go to Nordstrom or Kate Spade, I park near their store. Nordstrom has their own parking lot & that makes me happy especially since one of my favorite restaurants is on the second floor~Bazille!!! The workers here are not very forthcoming about educating the customers on the products & that is aggravating. The staff is friendly but they don't make suggestions like the workers in the other GNC stores. I do wish the employees working here would be more helpful and be able to answer questions about the different types of supplements. Maybe someday. I can always find what I am looking for & they never seem to be low on inventory, which is a good thing! Even though this is not my favorite location, I still enjoy shopping here if I am in the mall.

Clean store, tons of selection. Staff: leaves less to be desired. I was browsing around the store for quite some time and as I approached closer to the register, the man finally greeted me. He appeared to be the manager and as he was addressing the other employee he continuously played on his phone. Other clients came up with questions, again his eyes are focused solely on his phone while answering their question. Extremely unprofessional! I asked "Joe" about a product, he seemed clueless, as I was walking out, he pointed and showed me where other products of what I was looking for were. I asked him which he thought was best, he said he didn't know. When a salesperson seems uncertain: don't buy and just leave. So disappointed. I've been to other GNC's and a member, I've never felt as if my money was unworthy.
