Walked in to purchase a handbag and was met with the rudest and most dismissive salesman. It was so jarring I had to take my business elsewhere. Carolina Herrera had much kinder salespeople that seemed to at least try to help costumers. Would give this location 0 stars if I could, will never shop here 👎👎

I recently visited the Gucci Boca to return a Christmas gift, a gift from my brother in law and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Instead of receiving the professional and respectful service I expected from such a well-known luxury brand, I was met with inappropriate comments and behavior from the staff.
I know it’s my fault because I come for returning late 2 days than what it’s showed in the receipt but before coming, I called the store asking if I can get the store credit and someone there told me that I can do it because after holiday policy for returning. Driving 40 minutes getting there,rather than helping with my return in a polite and efficient manner, the seller name OSCAR and some of the employees made fun of my situation and mocked the fact that why my brother having time to buy and returning.They told me “No, you can not returning for store credit , you just can exchange but hurry up because we will close in 20 minutes “.This behavior felt not only unprofessional but also discriminatory, as they made comments that seemed to target me based on assumptions about my personal circumstances. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and I left the store feeling disrespected and belittled.
As a loyal customer who values the reputation of Gucci,I spent more than 15k 20k a year for clothing and stuff, I was shocked by this treatment. They made me feel that from now I should ordering online rather than going to the store .The staff’s behavior does not align with the level of service one would expect from a luxury brand, and I believe it’s crucial for the store to address this issue. Discrimination or making fun of customers should never be part of the experience at any store, let alone one that prides itself on high-end fashion and customer care.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

I recently visited the Gucci store in Boca Raton and was extremely disappointed with how unaccommodating and dismissive the staff were. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was being judged rather than welcomed. The associates seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. When I finally got someone’s attention, they were curt and unhelpful, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them.
Luxury brands should provide an elevated shopping experience, but this store was the exact opposite. For a brand like Gucci, I expected professionalism and courtesy, not indifference and attitude. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service experience. It seems like Gucci has a deliberate strategy of treating clients poorly, which makes no sense. The service felt like 100% mistreatment. Keeping this brief as I don't have much time for reviews, but the store was filled with unprofessional and unfriendly salespeople.

Absolutely loved this Gucci store. Came in to look at gifts for my bridesmaids, and look at shoes for my wedding. Luis was extremely helpful and showed me a number of items and gave me a lot of helpful information. Will definitely be back once I’m ready to purchase!

I bought sandals, I paid 860 and no one can stand them, they are the most uncomfortable I have ever worn in my life, I wore it for 1 hour, I went to return or they would give me a solution but nothing. I bought shoes for my husband and they are the same . Dosen't recommended at all. On shoes very bad experience ?

Sales associate was wonderful. Knowledgeable friendly, helpful, knew her merchandise Manager? Rude, condescending, ignores you once you look like you will purchase. Ignored me when I left with my purchase. I am returning the bag today, 3 days after the purchase because I'm fuming at his attitude, I haven't even taken it out of the box! No more Gucci, Boca
