I went in on a whim to get a hair trim for my dry split ends on very long hair. I already had long layers and face framing pieces that I needed to be trimmed and Natalia knew exactly what I was asking for. She asked me repeatedly if I wanted anything changed or cut more and she made adjustments to my liking. My hair looks fuller on the bottom but she still kept my length. Good haircut for the price!

Woman who barely spoke image butchered my hair, cut it a million times shorter than I asked for it. The layers don’t even match up. Absolutely disappointing.
