Did not ship part of my order. Never received updates and they would not answer their phone or reply to my email. Do not order from them online if you have customers to tend to. You will not get your packages on time

Hit a double is AMAZING. Aaron went absolutely above and beyond. The customer service is second to none. My son plays for Barwis Baseball and his glove needed lace repair. He fixed it on the spot and spoke with me about care and upkeep of the glove! I can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been going to Hit a Double for years. Whether it be for my own sons baseball needs or the business I work for. Antonio is always accommodating and makes sure we have everything we need! He goes above and beyond. 5 stars all the way!

Slowest Delivery! I ordered one hat (in stock) on June 3. The website says 6 to 12 days to delivery. They did not ship the hat until 9 days after my order. The hat did not arrive until June 18; 15 days after I ordered. And... they sent the wrong size product.

We ordered a bulk of baseball hats for our team. We were sent kids sizes instead of adult. We ordered correctly (have copy of order). In order to get the hats in time, we were instructed to repurchase hats, pay the extra shipping etc.
The to send the hats back, that they messed up in, it cost $60 +we had to pay restocking fee. We lost out on nearly $100 bc of their error. Poor service. Could have gone with a different company and just paid the higher cost for the hats.

This is the store you should go to if you're in need of baseball items. The guy who owns the store is also the guy who helped us get all new gear and one of the best experiences we had in a store in a long time. He was so nice and helped us for over an hour. He was very knowledgeable!!
We highly recommend !!!!!!

Been going here since before they were at this location, back when they had cages in the store. Having two children in travel and rec means we go through lots of gear! This has always been and will always be our go to shop.
