I recently bought a microwave (Vissani) which is a Home Depot brand with a 2 year extended warranty. It's not working correctly so I went down to the Home Depot near me and showed them the receipt. They never heard of this brand even though there's a sticker saying Home Depot in the microwave. They said they can't help me. Why did I bother paying extra for the warranty?

I wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered SLV flooring for my bedroom and hallway. Second floor. After everything was delivered, the installer refused to install the flooring because he claimed that the floor was uneven. I was forced to reinstall carpet, which I HATE. Turns out that many many many homes in my community, same model as mine, all have the plank flooring on the second floor. No problem. The man from Home Depot was just too lazy or incompetent. There’s no way that out of 330 homes mine would be the only one that couldn’t have plank floors upstairs. Now I have to hire another flooring company to get what I want. Word of warning. Do NOT trust Home Depot to do your floors. When I contacted another company they told me they could have done my floors. No problem. Expensive lesson learned.
This carpet was laid 4 years ago and looks absolutely awful! It has worn so horribly. It is very badly buckled, to the point where I am so embarrassed and will not allow anyone on the second floor of my home. I cannot wait to have the whole thing ripped out.
