I used Michael. He decided to go from 300 to 400 bc I could write it off next year so he gave himself another 100 and when I questioned why he changed the fee he gave me a bullshit excuse and offered to look for a coupon to save me money. I just wanted to get out of there. My sister just paid 225. This dude is not honest. I don't recommend this place.

My first interaction was good, I received back a good amount of my tax. The second time I went I had come back from up North and was expecting a lot more. The person who filed my taxes, Carlos, told me I would only get $30 back, which was less than the first time. They have officially lost a customer. Super unhappy.😡

They've got a "receptionist" now that is exceptionally rude. I simply had to walk out of there after mere five minutes of dealing with it. Looks like they literally hate you for just coming in. Unbelievable.
