Had a fantastic experience with John Bird for years and recommend him to others!
Recently, I have been transferred to a new representative and the experience has been horrible. The new representative did not file my taxes on time, maybe applied for an extension (no confirmation on this) and has not replied to any of my outreaches since April 10th. Extremely unprofessional to miss deadlines, make excuses and then stop responding. Still waiting for a response from your team!

Hilary Lanzer was extremely professional, efficient and on top of things. I believe she went the extra mile to get me the best result despite some of my challenging circumstances (single, head of household, but supporting adult child who is not disabled). The entire website also is superb -- making the whole process run seamlessly. I highly recommend Hilary!

Quality of service! The Advisor is respectful, personable, responds quickly and he and his team knows what they are doing! Taxes are stressful enough as it is. Having someone that can guide you, is vital in getting your stress level down and taxes done! You don't always get the best of the best. We did and hope to in the future!
