I stayed two nights at this Hyatt recently. Its ups outweighed its downs:THE GOOD STUFF* Front desk staff let me check in at 10AM and upgraded me to a massive suite for a minimal upgrade fee* None of those silly "resort fees" * Bed was comfortable* Bar is lively, with locals and their pets stopping by, and bartender Jason was very friendly* Pool is decent-sized and actually suitable for laps* It's within a couple blocks of the Brightline station and a lots of restaurants and bars (the Italian place in the same building is excellent... review coming up...). The beach is about a mile walk away.* Solid 100mbs WiFi, although I might have been given an upgraded plan* Housekeeping did a thorough job, even though they needed to be summonedTHE NOT SO GOOD* The window shades were stuck in the down position, which obscured views that the very dirty windows already obscured* No in-room safe* Shower water pressure was extremely low. C'mon, guys. There's plenty of water in Florida. The state is probably 80% water, going on 100% by the end of the century.I'd consider staying there again if I'm ever in that area again.

The breakfast was great but all the rooms are dated. My room was next to the elevator and it was so noisy. The hotel doesn’t have soundproofing at all. The rooms need better cleaning service. They ask to much money for such rooms.Rooms: Dated, no soundproof

My husband and I had a reservation that was refundable up to 48 hour prior (the only type that was available at the time of booking) for 11/3 as we were celebrating my birthday and had tickets to a show we had made reservations 3 months prior. Unfortunately, he had a severe reaction to a vaccination on 11/2 and was confined to bed, unable to travel per doctor's orders. He was to be watched closely to ensure his symptoms did not worsen and require hospitalization. I was very concerned for his well being.I contacted Hyatt through on line chat on the morning of 11/3 and was told that they could just change the date on my reservation without a fee, however, when I called the front desk to explain the situation and request a rebooking, they refused and said I would be a no show and would be charged for the overnight. They told me I should have contacted them 48 hours prior! Well, we did not have a health emergency 48 hours prior, so how could I have done that?We are a retired couple on a fixed income, so this was a very big hit to our pocketbook. Our show tickets were non-refundable, this was understood, but we had hopes of rebooking our $350+ room reservation for a future date. When the front desk was unwilling to help, I requested the contact information of the assistant manager, Sergii Assaboussa. I sent an email, but it bounced back (apparently he doesn't respond to email as his inbox was full), so I called the front desk back and they assured me I had the email address correct. They transferred my call to his number, and I left a voice mail requesting some consideration given the unusual circumstances. I never received the courtesy of a call back, and our credit card was charged for the unused overnight stay.I am very disappointed in Hyatt, and based on this experience, do not plan on ever staying at a Hyatt hotel in the future and I hope you think twice about booking a room with them as well. They certainly could care less about their customers and are extremely disrespectful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Hotel and I must say, the breakfast experience was exceptional. The two workers, Naomi and Minerva, went above and beyond to make my morning meals enjoyable.Naomi greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I entered the breakfast saloon. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor immediately set a positive tone for the day. She efficiently guided me to my table and ensured I had everything I needed to start my day off right.Minerva, on the other hand, was a true culinary artist. The way she prepared and presented the breakfast dishes was nothing short of impressive. Each plate was a work of art, and the flavors were simply delightful. She even took the time to explain the ingredients and cooking techniques, adding a personal touch to the experience. Both Naomi and Minerva demonstrated outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. They were attentive to all guests' needs, ensuring everyone felt valued and well taken care of. Their dedication to their work was evident in every interaction.Overall, I highly recommend Hyatt Hotel's breakfast saloon, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Naomi and Minerva. Their warm hospitality and culinary expertise added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. I look forward to returning and experiencing their remarkable service again.

Great 4 night stay here! Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the breakfast servers was welcoming and professional. Minerva, who works in the breakfast area, was especially friendly and fun! Our room was very clean and the hotel is in good shape. Nice Italian restaurant attached to the restaurant.

Very nice place and my first time staying at a Hyatt. Basically stay at Marriotts or Hilton's. Gotta say love the property and condition awesome location. Parking is 23.00 daily and the cell signal is weak inside hotel. The WiFi wasn't the greatest as well. Free breakfast was great for a free one vs Hilton or Marriott. Plus they stay open till 10:30 .

Air conditioner didn't work when I checked into my room,,, Bathrooms were pretty dingy the showers,,,, The attitude of the front desk was horrible,,,, Left my gucci bracelet on the nightstand it was gone after the cleaning, people hit my room,,, I told the manager and said insurance company would call me and file a claim,,,, Called back to the hotel to tell them that, and never got a call back from management again,,, There was a young lady who was a manager when I was there,,, They were not accommodating to anything that was requested,,, They made everything difficult,,, Plus you have to pay $30 dollars a day for parking and itself parking,,,,

Great stay at this hotel in the heart of Mizner Park in Boca Raton! Hotel was close enough to the beach and even had a roof top pool area that also had a great view of the night sky. Hotel staff were amazing and respectful. Want to give a shout-out to Mark who helped us out, even got a room upgrade for our 1 year anniversary. Suite had an amazing view of Boca, nice and spacious, huge bathroom with kitchen, living and dining areas. All the rooms in the suite were exceptionally clean, had enough amenities that it will felt like you were at home. Enough space for us and our little pup to share comfortably.

We stayed at the Hotel for a week.Parking is 23,50 USD a day. But if you stay over a Week at the Hotel it is complimentary, it is free. Most of the Staff is very friendly and very well trained.I would like to praise the Front Desk host: Nicole. She is Amazing! Great worker, always friendly and helpful! Even on her breaks she was available to offer help!Although we had a very unpleasant experience at the check out today. Our flight was very early in the morning. So we had to check out at 05:00 am.Reginald did our check out, but the charges in my Credit Card weren’t matching up to the receipt he gave me. We asked for more information about and he refused to give more explanations, he was very evasive and very bad trained…Reginald wasn’t trained to to a proper check out and to provide proper information. He just kept saying I should call 09:00 am to speak to Amy (the manager).I asked multiple times for a more thorough explanation. But he wouldn’t give me.After that he got very angry, aggressive and started shouting. He even called Marcus to security to avoid answering us. We felt like we weren’t being expelled from the hotel, just because we asked for a more thorough explanation about our bill…. Terrible experience at the check out…Breakfast is ok.Rooms: Quartos espaçosos e grandesSafety: SeguroFood & drinks: Café da manhã incluso

Stayed here for a Culinary class for a master dry aging class they had at Boca Raton resort. These folks are top notch....from Valet to the front desk and housekeeping. Everyone I had interaction with treated you like they have known you forever. Huge kudos to you all of you!Rooms: The rooms were super clean!Food & drinks: The food here was superb. Hot food on hot plates, and cold food on cold plates. Which is like a needle in a hay stack, with this kind of attention to detail. Food was well presented and delicious.

Perfectly situated in Boca Raton between the restaurants, nightlife, and Mizner Park. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very nice. The pool was fantastic, as it was "hidden" on the 7th floor.Noteworthy details: Pet friendly.

Nice area, however no kid friendly restaurants, they charge for parking which is not ideal. stayed over the weekend 9-1-23 through 9-3-23, our room was never serviced and the cleaning lady in the hall refused to give us towels and toilet paper stating she had none although her cart was full. My father left air pods in room and have left several messages for housekeeping manager to call me nothing has ever transpired. So, to be clear -no microwave in roomThey will not clean your room. throw out trash. Give you towels or toilet paper, housekeeping does not speak any language known to man including English or Spanish. If you leave something in the room consider it gone.
