I had the most incredible experience at the Boca Raton Store being helped by Veronica and Valle. I came in to buy one piece and left with half the store! They were so helpful, it was enjoyable and they both knew exactly what would fit me well. I can’t rave about them enough. I’m sending all my friends their way.

Loved my short trip to the store. The selection is beautiful and varied with extremely kind staff. Special thanks to Maria who went above and beyond making sure I got everything I was looking for. Even going as far as showing several of her own recommendations on bras and lingerie sets. I can tell she’s truly committed to her work. Will definitely be coming back.

Wow. Just shopped at this store and Veronica was amazing. Shoping for breakfast is Not my favorite thing to do as it takes so much time. But Veronica was great, helpful and knowledgeable... Muchas gracias!!!

The customer service was nice, but they ran out of bags and they make you buy a bag to put your merchandise is crazy. If you choose to not buy the bag you walk out with the items in your hands. Was not please on that aspect.

I had a scary experience today at that store. I used to love going there and the girls who worked there before were so pleasant. Now, your experience is humiliating and scary, actually. First, the associate misled me to believe that I couldn't return an item purchased online in the store; then, their manager who refused to give her name came out telling me I got her off an important phone call (I never asked for the manager - I was not even angry), interrogated (she did not ask - she interrogated) me as to why I was returning the pants, kept saying I was rude to her employees, she was doing me a favour accepting my return and called security because I was holding up my phone to show her my order confirmation email. The only decent employee there was a guy who asked me who told me I could not return the pants in the store, but unfortunately, he did not proceed with me and looked lost seeing his manager's behaviour. I emailed the corporate and think they need to look into that manager's ability to handle any customer, let alone an upset one (which I was not at first; in the end, I was a scared customer, upset is not even the right word). I don't even want to buy anything from them online or in any other store ever again).

From the beautiful visuals, to the amazing customer service i gotta say…..boca is where it’s at!!!! Alma, the store manager, really makes me feel comfortable and want to buy more with the AMAZING deals they have to offer! I have shopped at the Boca intissimmi for a few years now and i have seen soooo much growth in the team recently since Alma the store manager took over. Love the vibe! Love the products! They will definitely see me come again!!! Can’t wait to see new upcoming collections!!

A silk pajama set was purchased as a gift for me in California and when I brought it home I realized that I was given the wrong size bottom, so I brought it to the store, which is local to me too, try to return it to this location. The manager Sue was so mean and unreasonable. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They a were so awful. I’m asking to do an even exchange and they said that they cannot do that because they don’t know what I paid for it. My items have all the tags and I want even exchange, but they will not be reasonable. When I called the store I bought it from in California, they said that they don’t understand why they will not give me an exchange because at their store they would be happy to. This has wasted so much of my time with two trips to the Boca store. And now the nice people at the California store are having to dig through their system to find my receipt. I will never go to the Boca store again.

I was accused by someone who acted like the manager, but she refused to give me her name because she knows she was so so rude to me to tell me that I bought some thing and knew I was going to return it. There was an offer to spend $100 and then you could spend $19.99 to buy perfume and she accuse me of returning the products because I wanted the perfume. She told me I was not able to do that and when I returned the perfume she yelled at And in the end the perfume was not returnable! She has long blonde hair to her shoulders, and an older lady who is not very good looking. She gave me misinformation number one and then she yelled at me number two no way to treat a customer… She accused me of abusing her when she was actually the one who abused me! My family spends thousands of dollars in the store every year but believe me they will not anymore

Breezy at Intimissimi was amazing and made me feel special! It was my first time at Intimissimi and she welcomed all of my questions and helped me get fitted in the right sizes and styles for my taste. I didn’t feel judged or feel as if I was just another number. She genuinely made my experience amazing!
