I had a scary experience today at that store. I used to love going there and the girls who worked there before were so pleasant. Now, your experience is humiliating and scary, actually. First, the associate misled me to believe that I couldn't return an item purchased online in the store; then, their manager who refused to give her name came out telling me I got her off an important phone call (I never asked for the manager - I was not even angry), interrogated (she did not ask - she interrogated) me as to why I was returning the pants, kept saying I was rude to her employees, she was doing me a favour accepting my return and called security because I was holding up my phone to show her my order confirmation email. The only decent employee there was a guy who asked me who told me I could not return the pants in the store, but unfortunately, he did not proceed with me and looked lost seeing his manager's behaviour. I emailed the corporate and think they need to look into that manager's ability to handle any customer, let alone an upset one (which I was not at first; in the end, I was a scared customer, upset is not even the right word). I don't even want to buy anything from them online or in any other store ever again).

From the beautiful visuals, to the amazing customer service i gotta say…..boca is where it’s at!!!! Alma, the store manager, really makes me feel comfortable and want to buy more with the AMAZING deals they have to offer! I have shopped at the Boca intissimmi for a few years now and i have seen soooo much growth in the team recently since Alma the store manager took over. Love the vibe! Love the products! They will definitely see me come again!!! Can’t wait to see new upcoming collections!!

A silk pajama set was purchased as a gift for me in California and when I brought it home I realized that I was given the wrong size bottom, so I brought it to the store, which is local to me too, try to return it to this location. The manager Sue was so mean and unreasonable. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They a were so awful. I’m asking to do an even exchange and they said that they cannot do that because they don’t know what I paid for it. My items have all the tags and I want even exchange, but they will not be reasonable. When I called the store I bought it from in California, they said that they don’t understand why they will not give me an exchange because at their store they would be happy to. This has wasted so much of my time with two trips to the Boca store. And now the nice people at the California store are having to dig through their system to find my receipt. I will never go to the Boca store again.

I was accused by someone who acted like the manager, but she refused to give me her name because she knows she was so so rude to me to tell me that I bought some thing and knew I was going to return it. There was an offer to spend $100 and then you could spend $19.99 to buy perfume and she accuse me of returning the products because I wanted the perfume. She told me I was not able to do that and when I returned the perfume she yelled at And in the end the perfume was not returnable! She has long blonde hair to her shoulders, and an older lady who is not very good looking. She gave me misinformation number one and then she yelled at me number two no way to treat a customer… She accused me of abusing her when she was actually the one who abused me! My family spends thousands of dollars in the store every year but believe me they will not anymore

Breezy at Intimissimi was amazing and made me feel special! It was my first time at Intimissimi and she welcomed all of my questions and helped me get fitted in the right sizes and styles for my taste. I didn’t feel judged or feel as if I was just another number. She genuinely made my experience amazing!

My first time in the store and I am impressed. The lingerie is beautiful and a sales associate immediately recommended 3 or 4 strapless bras, including her favorite. I found one I absolutely loved so much I wore it out of the store! I look great, I feel great about my purchase and I will be back for more because of this wonderful shopping experience. Thank you!

Shopping/working/living during a pandemic is not easy. The staff at Intimissimi made me feel welcomed and safe while I shopped today. The store was clean, and the staff had masks and maintained the occupancy of other shoppers to a minimum. I have to leave a google review because I don’t feel safe nor at peace at other stores and these workers deserve to be praised. The lingerie is top notch! Quality bras and quality underwear. Best of all, the bra’s were on sale! A great sale, a safe environment, quality items and an amazing customer experience! Thank you Gabriela and Sakiana for a great experience today. Bravo to the entire team!

Very dissatisfied with the manager at the Town Center store who not only came across very pushy and not attentive to my needs but who appeared to be in a very bad mood while I was in the store. I was quite surprised to learn that she is actually the manager. How can an elegant brand such as Intimissimi employ people who look like they just woke up and rolled out of bed to come to work and then treat customers with little respect. I certainly find it difficult buying expensive beautiful lingerie from someone who doesn’t look put together while overly attempting to sell me fine lingerie.

Went to this store on Dec 18, 2018 around 1pm. There were 2 girls working, African-American girl that spoke Spanish and a Spanish girl. The Spanish girl looked me up and down and walked away, no greeting, no customer acknowledgement. The dark skin girl asked if i was looking for something specific and i explained to her that i bought a bra from a similiar store in Italy and am looking for that bra. She showed me a couple bras but was very snobby and unfriendly, not smiling. Their attitudes stunk so bad i left.

Love love love this brand! I always buy from Intimissimi when I am in Italy but exchange rate is not favorable! So happy they opened in Boca!!
