Johnny O's Gymnasium is a high-energy strength and group training facility located in East Boca Raton. It is the largest indoor and outdoor facility in South Florida, featuring 10,000 square feet outdoors. The gym offers an unparalleled cold plunge therapy experience, with water chilled to 39 degrees Fahrenheit or higher to enhance blood flow, minimize inflammation, and boost endorphins. The staff is very friendly, and the gym provides more than enough equipment and space for training in both indoor and outdoor areas. It is known for its strong sense of community, feeling like a family where people encourage each other. Members highly recommend it for its excellent gym experience and everything it has to offer.
This is by far the best gym in south Florida!! Johnny is always there pumping everyone up! I’m so glad to be a part of it

Cold plunge is my favorite. There’s even a shower (which is used before we plunge). Also, Johnny O’s has everything I need for my fitness goals. They put on a clinic in there!!! Highly recommend.
