It is the largest indoor and outdoor facility in South Florida, featuring 10,000 square feet outdoors. The gym offers an unparalleled cold plunge therapy experience, with water chilled to 39 degrees Fahrenheit or higher to enhance blood flow, minimize inflammation, and boost endorphins. The staff is very friendly, and the gym provides more than enough equipment and space for training in both indoor and outdoor areas. It is known for its strong sense of community, feeling like a family where people encourage each other. Members highly recommend it for its excellent gym experience and everything it has to offer.

I am so grateful that I found Johnny O’s! This has been the best gym to workout at as a college students. The outdoor area is such a nice addition that most gyms around don’t have. The staff are some of the nicest people I have met and I will be sad to say goodbye when I graduate.
