I went into this Journeys location with my 16-year-old sister to look for some Vans. The employee, Rick, made the entire experience awful. He was overly flirtatious and made multiple inappropriate, sexual comments toward my sister while we were just trying to ask about shoe sizes and styles. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable.
We felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. Even though the store had the exact shoes she was looking for, we chose not to buy them because of Rick’s behavior. On top of that, he seemed offended and got visibly irritated when we said we wouldn’t be purchasing anything. His ego was massive, and his attitude was just nasty.
If this is the kind of employee Journeys chooses to keep on staff, we won’t be returning. This was beyond unacceptable.

Went into the store with a friend about a week ago to purchase a pair of shoes for her birthday. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience due to Rick.
He was disrespectful, not only to me, but to the other female employees and made my friend and I uncomfortable. He made us feel as if we were burdens in the store and just wanted to get a sale rather than actually helping us find what we needed. He argued about a coupon even though it was valid.
Inherently, we ended up just leaving. Got the Uggs at another store.

Kevin helped me get right size for a shoe that was not in stock at the store. Once we got the sizing, he set me up with an order that shipped quickly from the warehouse. I don’t normally shop at Journey’s, but I am now converted. Thanks Kevin! He’s notch and professional, which made it a simple purchase for me.

Over the top customer service by Jesse at the Journeys store in Boca Raton!! When they were sold out of the shoes I was looking for, she not only found a pair at the Coral Springs store and called to put them on hold, but she followed up by calling me back to assure me they had the correct pair in the size I needed. Kudos to Jesse who has my vote for Best Employee :) She is an amazing rep for Journeys!!

Called and asked guy cashier today to check and make sure they had the shoe he said he has a customer i told him i would wait bc i wanted to make sure before i came.put me on hold and never returned stayed on hold
I get to the store the store is empty the guy and a girl just hanging around. I said I wanted to know if you had this shoe size in stocks and I'm still on hold.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I received earlier today. I was in a rush and there was 1 manager there along with two employees. All three ladies were so attentive and helpful. They helped me narrow down my choices and make a purchase within 20 minutes. If they have more employees like these 3 ladies the owner should double the size of his or her store. I’m a fan and will definitely head back there to make a purchase. Excellent customer service.

don’t know the girls name, but she was working there Sunday 11/08 5:15 PM and was very nice, literally just bought a 3$ shoelace but her positivity made my day much better.

Maria was exceptional. I walked in frustrated as ever shopping at the other shoe stores in the mall. She went above and beyond to help me. She not only grabbed the shoe I was interested in but also brought out a few others she thought i might like. She is an incredible employee who I hope this company cherishes. She also showed me some pretty awesome socks that went along with the shoe style. The 5 stars is for her!!
