I walked out so disappointed!
My first time back to nail salons and boy was I disgusted. I went in for a gel mani and pedi.
As I got my pedi I noticed they don’t clean their tools!??
When it comes to gel. They don’t know how to work with it. I have to clean up the excess off on my own as when I asked they acted like I’m dumb. They also took off more of my cuticle, leaving my skin irritated and bloody. They really don’t care about the quality of work.
I advise you to go to the another nail salon near by.

Love Knails! I've been coming here for 24 years since the day I moved to Florida. Kim the owner is awesome and she has a wonderful staff who have been here as long as I have been coming here.

This is my must-go nail salon in Florida. The staff are nice and professional. The store is clean and tidy. The tools are also very hygienic. The store owner is super friendly. Especially Mai. She was very patient with me asking her to do different nail styles. Although English is a little communication barrier for us. when I showed her the photos and she understood immediately. Moreover, the results of my nails done by Mai are very beautiful which can be compared to the nail salons in Manhattan, New York. The price is better. highly recommended!

I recommend this salon. Whenever I go there I receive great service from Kim and all her co-workers. Everyone there works with passion and they listen to what there client wants very well. Kim is very professional and works with passion. I always leave the place happy with my visit.Services: Pedicure

We asked for an appointment for 2, we got one tech going between two people. The wait and service were long. The quality of the service was average. Price was good.
