Each and every single time I have came to kiehls, Jackie has made my experience amazing. Not only is she kind, but she has helped me find the products that work for my skin. She is also beyond happy and excited to help each and every person who walks through the door. Jackie is my favorite employee and I always get so happy to see she’s working when I go in.

Love this place! I wish the Florida locations add a Spa like they have in New York. Got here a bit late and the sales lady was. Extremely helpful and patient. Got a nice travel bag with goodies for Father's Day!!!!

I love Kiehl's & I've been shopping here forever. The hyper allergenic, organic, fragrance free quality ingredients make their products perfect. The sunscreen with 30 spf is so creamy and goes on my face yes so smoothly. I don't need a Brazilian blow dry when I have the leave in conditioner and just a drop of hair oil gets all the kink out. I walked by and saw a 25% off everything sale in the store so I was lured inside.

My boyfriend and I drove quite a distance to come to this Kiehl’s location and was almost closing time, Chadrick made the experience so amazing. He was so knowledgeable, inviting, and detailed. Above and beyond customer satisfaction! Bought a few things and will definitely be returning soon.

Every time I come here it's a great experience. All of the workers are nice and know exactly what they are talking about. My skin would break out like crazy before coming here. Now it's definitely cleared as well. I recommend everyone try it! JACKIE IS THE BEST BTW! Ask for her!

Jonathan was fantastic! Not a sales tactical approach at all. Really heard me in my skin desires and didn’t push unnecessary products at me or my boyfriend. He even did a skin test on him to help understand his sensitivities. Will be using Jonathan exclusively at Kiehls moving forward.

The store experience was disappointing. There were two guys and no customer when I walked in. They were too busy talking to each other than helping me with products. They didn’t even leave the counter to come over and show me what I was looking for. I don’t understand how a retail shop can have employees like them.

THIS place is horrible, a friend told me to try thier scrub and said how good it was so I ordered for the first time, I never received the product, i called and spoked to customer care and was told that i cant get a refund or the product sent back to me bc my zipcode was wrong on my order, way to take care of your customers, I will never get anything from this website and i will not let anyone from my friends or family member get anything from this place ever again.. horrible

I have always loved Kiehl's products, and I would now like to recognize Chadrick at the Boca location. I needed a product that was only in stock at his location, and he was such a pleasure to work with in arranging the purchase and delivery of the products. I greatly appreciated his help!

Horrible customer service. Charged my card 3 times and wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order after 1 minute of ordering. When contacting their customer service they lied about a call back and then pretty much stated contact ups, it’s your problem.

Jonathan, the Assistant Manager at this location, is a credit to the company. It’s rare to find such genuine and excellent customer service. I ordered online and there was an issue with the system when I arrived at the store to pick it up. He kindly arranged for next day shipping to my home, and included a generous gift and hand written note with my purchase. Completely surpassed my expectations. Thank you Jonathan!

I placed a pick up order (at least $100 worth) through the website for the Town Center Boca location (4/1). I was planning to pick it up today, but I called beforehand. They (Jonathan) told me that the order had been canceled (without any prior notification). He did not even offer an apology. Someone bought the last Calendula Petal mask, even though it said it was in-stock in the Boca store on their website when I placed my order.Therefore, they never even bothered to process my order or email/call me to say that they were unable to fulfill my order. Terrible customer service and inventory tracking on their part. At least try to resolve your customers issue instead of telling them that you don't want to do anything about it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and waiting of Kiehl's demise because of how horribly they've treated their customers.
