The chair is amazing and I love it. The salesperson was amazing and really helpful. One comment tho, when I called the store with help for the delivery process, I was met with an extremely rude response and basically no help at all.

Zero stars, actually. The woman who sold us the recliner had loop absolutely no knowledge about her own equipment. This is the same exact recliner that we purchased from your company in less than a year, because we liked the first one. Not only that she insists on calling me Karen; the name is CARRIE.

Recently purchased a recliner chair from the Boca Raton store and considered the experience a positive one. John Cloutman was the associate that guided the sale and did a fine job. Custom fabric about 6 to 8 weeks on delivery.

We recently visited the Boca Raton store to consider the purchase of a new recliner. We were greeted at the door by Marivi who proved to be an excellent sales person. She spent a great deal of time with us, helping to assess the many available options. Ultimately we purchased a very comfortable Finley power recliner and ordered it with our choice of upholstery. She showed us many recliners and with great patience she directed us to a chair which she thought would be most comfortable. We appreciated the time she spent with us and are looking forward to delivery of the chair.
