This location need to be closed down. FRANK was so rude, insensitive, and inconsiderate of peoples time. I came to get a drug test for medical school and I have my 1 year old baby … he refused to service me because I have my baby. At the time I figured it was their policy so I left. The next day I came at 12pm without my baby and waited over an hour just for him to refuse me service AGAIN. He allowed people to skip with no explanation and I was aware that one of them was a walk in and one of them was an appointment and when I expressed my concerns about how long it would take because I left my baby at home. He told me to get out his face. I can go somewhere else.. The people who was also waiting in the lobby with me, expressed their frustration and agreed that he wasn’t operating fair, but he did not say anything to them, and I really feel like because I was black he was being racist towards me. I wouldn’t recommend animals to receive service from this guy

It's no wonder they have such a low rating. I would give a 0 if I could. I am disgusted with this location amd employee (who refused to give her name). I had urgent labwork needed. Rushed 38 mins to this location to get them done today. On website it says no appointment needed and the hoirs or ops on the website and Google maps says closes at 12. I arrived at 11:31 am and employee already had a message on kiosk that they were closed. She eventually open door and refused to take me in, even though she had another 29 min before closing insisting that I was wrong. I even explained that I had urgent need and drove 38 min to get there because their own website said they were open. Zero empathy and extremely confrontational saying only "well you're wrong". How is someone like this wroking in healthcare? Worst yet, how does Labcorp allow this as judging from comments I read, this isn't first time.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Disgusting employees both from lab corp and pharmacy. I had a last minute order from my provider and rushed to get here before 12pm THAT GOOGLE SAYS IT CLOSES AT!!! IT CLOSES AT 11am ON A SATURDAY. Labcorp female employee walked out right past me with her AirPods on and didn’t even have any sympathy or say “I’m sorry we’re closed.” No, just walked right past me. Ridiculous and disrespectful mannerisms.

Never changes, just had a simple urine drug test to be performed. The wait was ridiculous about an hour and a half. It wasn't busy. I am going to tell employer to use another lab for new employees as this is a long waiting for a simple test

Needed a blood draw asap but no appts available online. Arrived at this location when they opened, signed in at the kiosk, and was called in less than 5 minutes later by a lovely phlebotomist, Chae, who did a painless, quick blooddraw and I was on my way. Great professionalism and a well-run location.
